l'albergo è di gran lunga al di sotto delle aspettative e dei Suoi concorrenti. La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e poco curata; i servizi sono abbastanza scadenti considerando che si tratta pur sempre di un hotel 4 stelle. La location, almeno per le camere OCEAN FRONT è eccezionale. Assolutamente da evitare le camere che non sono Ocean Front o Ocean View. perchè sono vecchie e squallide ed affacciano su un parcheggio pubblico o sul retro di un ristorante con musica assordante.

La posizione dell'hotel e il paesaggio sono eccellenti. Vicino a tutti i ristoranti esterni e spiaggia. Le piscine sono belle e la nuoto notturna si sente bene, poiché l'acqua è calda. L'unico punto negativo è il colazione (così fondamentale per un hotel 5 stelle come Hyatt)
