Book for 8 days with breakfast but then when my mum check in , they said no breakfast etc , while i book with breakfast and i even show them my booking and the prove everythings ,they still said the the sistem is wrong bla bla bla and Guess what ******** anyway the hotel was so dirty , most things are broken , the reception lady are so not friendly.

Air kamar mandi kecil, watafer keran airnya gak normal fungsi. Ac kurang dingin, remit tv baterai habis, kenersihan kurang baik

Foto berbicaralah ya.. semurah murah nya hotel, ga akan tega ngasih kamar tidak layak huni begini. Rayap dan kecoa dimana mana. Saya kadung pesan 2 malam.. bener2 ga layak disebut hotel.. pen nangis nyeritainnya
RESEPSIONIS yg malam SANGAT TIDAK SOPAN / tidak ramah. Saya malah dicurigai krn saya nanya soal keran bathup katanya di APLIKASI SUDAH DIHAPUS, saya sampe capture kalau fasilitas itu MASIH ADA DI APLIKASI.. dan dia ngotot tanpa MINTA MAAF, nyolot dan jutek. Hari kedua dengan RESEPSIONIS YANG SAMA, kunci kamar ga bisa lalu saya tanya kenapa dijawab :KARNA IBU CHECKIN NYA SEMALAM SEMALAM.. heiiii itu aplikasi 2 malam, anda YG SALAH KLIK DI SISTEM ANDA, malah nyalahin saya.. DAN LAGI LAGI GA MINTA MAAF DAN NGGA BERANI NGOMONG LIHAT KITA, DAN SIKAPNYA SELALU MENYALAHKAN KAMI.. bener2 defenisi orang ga sopan dan ga punya karakter sebagai org perhotelan..!!!!
Karena weekend banyak yg nginap, dah tau banyak yg nginap BREAKFAST NYA GA DITAMBAH JAM 8.15 udah habis dan ga refill.. aku toh marah2 ini gmn kok ga refill, dijawab : iya bu krn yg nginap banyak..jd makanan cepat habis.. aku ketawa dengar jawaban itu lalu pergi makan diluar.. NAH DISINI SPV DAPUR MINTA MAAF DAN KASIH MAKANAN PENGGANTI KE KAMAR.. dan krn itu SAYA STAY HARI KEDUA TADINYA MAU PINDAH HOTEL TP KRN UDAH PESAN 2 malam dan SPV DAPUR SANGAT SANGAT BAIK..
Nah tapi itu saya krn protes.. ada rombongan dari Kampung kayaknya, udah siap2 mau breakfast udah nunggu lama katanya.. NGGA DAPAT MAKAN.. kasian bangett krn mereka ga bisa protes kayak saya, jd mereka pasrah. Pas saya balik dr breakfast diluar ketemu sama rombongan itu, mereka memilih pulang (checkout) sepaginya.. duhh kasian udah di PHP..
