Hotel Reddoorz a Palawan

Stayed at Tropical Place Hotel recently. The rooms were clean and the staff was decent, but the hotel really needs better maintenance. Hot water was not available consistently during the stay, which was disappointing. Also, they were very strict about booking changes and did not allow any modification to the check-in dates. Overall, okay for a short stay if you just need a clean room, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The staff of this establishment is very great. They are very accommodating we even eat together from the reception Ms. Lalaine, to the crew Tino, Bea, Kim and Ken. Looking forward to my next trip to palawan and definitely will stay to this place again.

Beh, il nostro soggiorno con mio marito è stato fantastico, siamo rimasti soddisfatti ed è la prima volta che alloggiamo all'hotel Redoorz. La zona è molto comoda. La cosa peggiore è che il personale è molto scortese. Tendono a pagare per i vetri rotti che hanno preparato nella nostra camera. È stato anche un nostro errore, non lo segnaliamo mai. Chiunque abbia preparato quei vetri, sa chi è. Siate onesti, insistono sul fatto che stiamo mentendo e che siamo noi ad aver rotto i vetri. Redoorz org. This is El Nido Town. Prices on everything here for hotels are more expensive in El Nido than other cities in palawan. The check in girl told me I did not get breakfast as part of my rent. I showed her I did, they still refused to make me a breakfast my first day there. The waitress at the restraunt below them informed me to check again with that kitchen staff. I brought up my reservation admenities to show them I am suppose to get breakfast. Finally they made breakfast for me the remaing of the time I was there. Other than that, this was a perfect location. There is a traveling agent accross the street up book all your tours through. There is an ATM machine next to that as well.

Недорогой простой вариант размещения, нас по большему счету все устроило, но если вы ищете комфорт, то лучше выбирайте варианты подороже. Номер просторный, есть ванная комната, но все довольно потрепаное, не помешало бы немного обновить. Не хватает полок в комнате и крючков ванной, вещи пришлось складывать просто на пол. Мы там провели только две ночи а потому никаких претензий нет, но на долгий срок для отдыха выбрали бы что то более комфортное.

O Hotel é apenas um pouco difícil de se achar, quando vi a recepção fiquei preocupada, porque o ambiente está em reforma, mas assim que vi os quartos eu amei Ambiente extremamente limpo, bem localizado, na rua principal, facilidades, e staff muito simpático, mas o funcionário mais simpático era um cachorrinho que nos recebia sempre com alegria todos os dias, ele fez minha viagem e minha estadia serem muito mais felizes ❤️

My stay was fair overall. I called ahead to ask about airport transfers and was told they were not included, but when I arrived I found out the hotel actually offers free transfers, which was confusing. I also asked if they could drop us off at another hotel on our last day and the front desk agreed, but when it was time for the transfer we were asked to pay 100 for gas, which was unexpected. The place was also a bit loud during the day due to nearby construction. Overall, the stay was okay, but clearer communication would have made the experience better.

Una buona guesthouse. Sono arrivato a El Nido alle 3 del mattino, quindi ho passato la notte in un altro hotel. Ho fatto il check-out alle 12:05 e sono stato in questo. Ho chiesto un check-in anticipato e mi hanno fatto il check-in alle 12:30. Ho avuto problemi con la TV e la lampada, ma sono andato alla reception per spiegare il problema e l'hanno risolto immediatamente. Un ragazzo è corso fuori a prendere un adattatore per la lampada e delle batterie per il telecomando della TV. C'è un supermercato locale nelle vicinanze, dove i prezzi non sono maggiorati. Hanno quasi tutto il necessario. Ottimo. Tutte le foto sono accurate; il balcone è come un passaggio per le camere, quindi è condiviso, e ci sono delle asciugatrici.
