Hotel Reddoorz a Palawan

Arriviamo molto prima dell’iscrizione ufficiale, il personale dell’hotel era molto bello e ha fatto un check-in precoce gratuito. Abbiamo ricevuto consigli molto utili per le nostre esigenze. Vicino all’aeroporto, tutto ciò che era necessario proprio intorno

The staff of this establishment is very great. They are very accommodating we even eat together from the reception Ms. Lalaine, to the crew Tino, Bea, Kim and Ken. Looking forward to my next trip to palawan and definitely will stay to this place again.

Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, la posizione è strategica, vicino a centri commerciali, ristoranti e facile accesso ai trasporti pubblici. I servizi sono buoni, con un ascensore molto utile per gli anziani. I miei consigli sono: sostituire i vecchi asciugamani da bagno e riparare lo scarico del bagno (riserva d'acqua sul pavimento).

This is El Nido Town. Prices on everything here for hotels are more expensive in El Nido than other cities in palawan. The check in girl told me I did not get breakfast as part of my rent. I showed her I did, they still refused to make me a breakfast my first day there. The waitress at the restraunt below them informed me to check again with that kitchen staff. I brought up my reservation admenities to show them I am suppose to get breakfast. Finally they made breakfast for me the remaing of the time I was there. Other than that, this was a perfect location. There is a traveling agent accross the street up book all your tours through. There is an ATM machine next to that as well.

O Hotel é apenas um pouco difícil de se achar, quando vi a recepção fiquei preocupada, porque o ambiente está em reforma, mas assim que vi os quartos eu amei Ambiente extremamente limpo, bem localizado, na rua principal, facilidades, e staff muito simpático, mas o funcionário mais simpático era um cachorrinho que nos recebia sempre com alegria todos os dias, ele fez minha viagem e minha estadia serem muito mais felizes ❤️

Недорогой простой вариант размещения, нас по большему счету все устроило, но если вы ищете комфорт, то лучше выбирайте варианты подороже. Номер просторный, есть ванная комната, но все довольно потрепаное, не помешало бы немного обновить. Не хватает полок в комнате и крючков ванной, вещи пришлось складывать просто на пол. Мы там провели только две ночи а потому никаких претензий нет, но на долгий срок для отдыха выбрали бы что то более комфортное.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda nel centro di El Nido. Ci sono molti negozi e bar nelle vicinanze, ed è vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi locali. Mi sono sentito molto benvenuto e rispettato durante il mio soggiorno. Tuttavia, ero al piano terra e non avevo un balcone, anche se me ne era stato promesso uno al momento della prenotazione. Non so come sia successo, ma non l'ho detto al momento del check-in. C'erano delle fessure nelle porte e nell'apertura del condizionatore, quindi c'erano degli insetti, ma non erano troppo fastidiosi. L'acqua era calda e il condizionatore funzionava perfettamente. Tutto era fantastico.

My stay was fair overall. I called ahead to ask about airport transfers and was told they were not included, but when I arrived I found out the hotel actually offers free transfers, which was confusing. I also asked if they could drop us off at another hotel on our last day and the front desk agreed, but when it was time for the transfer we were asked to pay 100 for gas, which was unexpected. The place was also a bit loud during the day due to nearby construction. Overall, the stay was okay, but clearer communication would have made the experience better.
