The main USP of this hotel is it's location. Situated away from the city, in a quaint neighbourhood amidst tea garden. The uphill road towards the resort is so beautiful,it seems like going into the mountains. And add on to that is the view of lush tea garden and snow capped mountains from the property, absolute silence surrounding, sound of the birds chirping only. Property is more like a house, individual bungalows with dining and sitting area in ground floor, and three rooms on first floor, after riding the staircase. We booked Super Deluxe Room With Tea Garden View. The room is good, well equipped, and room heater was provided as it was very cold during this time. Bathroom was good. Staff is courteous, private butler named Mr Sanjay was allocated to us, who was very caring with every need of us, breakfast spread was huge, including the fresh juice, we had to order food on previous night, and everything given was in excess. Having breakfast or evening tea at balcony, looking at the tea gardens, the experience was awesome. Dinner was tasty, food quantity is really huge,one dish can easily be shared by two persons. You can take a stroll into tea garden. And, the newly opened tulip garden nearby (at CSIR) is a must visit. Overall a very good experience.

Beautiful rooms ***** with scrumptious food and helping staff all around made the stay an excellent one. It was a really good experience and I would love to spend my next vacation here again. I would recommend going here with your friends and family for even a more better experience.
