An amazing destination and great facilities. I completely recommend it to anyone who wants a great destination at the end of an adventurous journey.

Perfect experience in this hotel. We saw elephant took a shower in the river. The room was big. The bed was very comfortable.

it's a bit expensive for me, but the service and the view from the hotel was amazing. The reswaurant was really great.

第一次給酒店差評，一星都不想給！和十多個白人一起辦理入住，我是唯一的中國人。那個****前台對白人***，看見每個白人都笑容滿面的介紹很久，完全不搭理旁邊還未辦理入住的我。完了最後給我辦理入住時那個臉像我欠他錢似的，一問他啥都是一副愛答不理的樣子。第二天吃早餐時也是，看到白人就熱情的打招呼和介紹早餐，看到我時，那個臉就像翻書一樣，用命令僕人一樣的口氣讓我坐下就走了。因為我行李有點多，酒店沒有電梯，我問他能不能讓酒店工作人員幫我一起把行李搬到樓下來，他就立刻裝成聽不懂的樣子，還和旁邊的女工作人員一起用老撾語嘲笑我，最後還是我自己把行李搬下樓……以上我發誓在和他們交流時，絕對沒有不禮貌的行為舉止，如果不是到北賓太晚了，位置又太偏僻，同時又在下大雨，不方便換酒店，要不然我肯定會立刻換酒店。總之他們就是單純歧視中國人，中國人慎入慎入慎入這家酒店！！！！！

Super endroit extrêmement reposant en ce mois d'avril. Étant en dehors de la saison touristique et en période extrêmement chaude nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, extra en bord de Mékong. Ce n'est finalement pas très loin de la rue principale de Pakbeng. Nous avons même pu voir les éléphants se baigner en face. Si vous séjournez assez longtemps, allez passer un temps au Mekong Éléphant Park, c'est un magnifique projet.

Ci siamo fermati una notte di passaggio con la slow boat, ma mi sarebbe piaciuto fermarmi un giorno in più. Ci sono venuti a prendere al molo ed abbiamo cenato sulla magnifica terrazza panoramica con vista Tramonto sul Mekong. La camera con terrazzo privato vista fiume è davvero molto bella e molto confortevole, provvista di doppio lavandino e accappatoi per la doccia. Buona la colazione e la cena con cucina a tendenza occidentale. Sicuramente il posto con più charme di tutta la vacanza!

Una struttura senza ombra di dubbio elegante con ristorante/veranda che si affaccia sul Mekong con un bel panorama. La camera è bella anche se con qualche "pecca"...cuscini smollacciosi dove è veramente difficile dormire e materassi ancora con le molle che si sfondano, prese di corrente slabrate poco utilizzabili. Cena con piatti buoni (nel loro ristorante annesso) e colazione migliorabile. In definitiva: bella struttura con grandi potenzialità.

Posizione stupenda con una vista meravigliosa. Camere semplici ma molto accoglienti e rispettose. Cibo fantastico arricchito da sapori autentici. Personale molto accogliente. Esperienza super. Resort ecosostenibile

Posizione spettacolare sul Mekong, suite comode e pulite, piscina bellissima circondata da fiori e piante, personale gentile, ottimo ristorante/zona colazione su terrazza con vista fiume, è collegato anche al meraviglioso Mekong Elephant Park dal quale si accede in barca dall'attacco dell'hotel. Il tutto lo rende un posto non solo per passare la notte di sosta del viaggio in barca via slow boat ma un posto in cui fermarsi più notti e godere così di un posto spettacolare nella giungla laotiana

Bellissimo lodge immerso nella natura, purtroppo c'è lo siamo goduti solo un giorno di passaggio...camere grandi, confortevoli. L'hotel offre alla clientela un ineccepibile servizio di massaggi, molto bella anche la piscina. Colazione ricca e molto buona! Personale molto gentile! Consigliatissimo!

If you are on the boat cruise down then stay here (and stay for two nights) in Pak Beng. The room we were in (upper floor of upper section) had the most amazing view. The photo does not do it justice. The rooms have a traditional, wooden Laos style which adds to the feeling this is more than a 3 star. The beds / mattresses are very comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. The staff / service was excellent. Benoit (the manager) runs a tight ship and is attentive. He knew our names and made us feel welcome which is hard in a short stay hotel. The reason you must stay for two nights is to break up the cruise, enjoy Pak Beng and (most importantly) visit the Elephant Sanctuary. That was a highlight of our entire 3 week tour of Laos. Breaking up the river cruise takes a bit of planning (certain days work, certain others don't) but it's really worth it. There is a little pool at the hotel, which was perfect for us after the Elephant Sanctuary to just chill by. We were still jet lagged and this was a nice way to waste an hour on a hot afternoon. On a side note, the staff are all allowed to grow vegetables on the river front (great soil) and keep / sell the produce. It's actually lovely to see as they keep it so neat.

We stayed here for one night as we cruised down the Mekong from Pakbeng to Luang Prabang. The rooms had all amenities, safe, toiletries and fantastic view over Mekong. We had dinner which we really enjoyed and breakfast which we both enjoyed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and even collected us from boat and put our luggage into room. Thanks!

I was taking the slow boat down the Mekong from Hauy Xai to Luang Prabang and I had an overnight stay at Pakbeng. What a wonderful surprise it was to find myself at the Sanctuary Pakbeng Lodge. I wish that I’d stayed 2 or 3 more nights. It was so magical waking up to a view of the Mekong, the beautifully tended market garden on the grounds below my room and the elephants doing their morning thing just across the river. It’s the perfect spot to disappear from the world for a few days.
