La posizione è tra il terminal 21 e il festival centrale. Non è mare, ma non così lontano. Il personale è cordiale.

The stay is good and location is convenient with many eateries, massage centres and big shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable but all my friends are given lvl 1 and 2 where we cannot see any views or sceneries from outside. That’s a little disappointing. Some of friends’s rooms had some issues such as basin choked and some other small matters due to poor maintenance. Breakfast were not given to us as it’s kinda expensive. A little disappointed.

We stayed 3 nights. It was wonderful experience. Overall hotel is new and have a in a good location with near by restaurants and market.

Room is okay, breakfast is okay. Bed is comfortable. BUT Wash basin water sprouts is too strong Lift too slow Too many Indians

Good location to go shopping area and night entertainment ,the room are clean also,.but unfortunately the wash room water flows out very slowly.the mattress is small also, my leg knocks the wooden when I walk to wash room.

Showing signs of age. Staff a little abrupt at check out. Price is very reasonable though. For a similar price I would consider returning.

I remember Centara Pattaya Hotel impressed me with its amenities: Nice environment, 2 pools (adult/children), gym and breakfast room by the pool, big spacious clean room… that was before covid19 I stayed for a few nights… However, EVERYTHING changed while I stayed there recently.. gosh… 1) First room - Realize the cleanliness not up to standard.. towel/bedsheet dirty/mouldly smell.. the worst was… ELECTRICITY SHORT CIRCUIT every 1 hour. Called the helpdesk and sent the technician and attitude and service were VERY BAD. Short circuited for 2-3 times.. requested to change room.. 2) Second room - Changed to SMALLER room without informing me and not Pool view!!! Ok I was not fussy… HOWEVER… room was not cleaned properly.. bath towel had stains and the floor tiles CRACKED !! Worst part… aircon was NOT COLD !! Called the helpdesk.. said will no room available already.. I insisited to change because was TOO WARM to sleep.. helpdesk just HANGED UP the phone.. but called me back said found another room… 3) Third room - Backyard view.. this room was then ok.. aircon ok… by then its 2-3 AM !!! Conclusion: The hotel has now been degraded to such a sad state.. its very depressing… the helpdesk crew need to be more professional in service. Repair and maintenance and cleanliness are severely lacking now!!! Such a pity the hotel has such a nice room balcony and gym view to the pool… Would not come back again if the hotel does not improve… sigh.

Excellent place to stay and you have Indian restaurant right opposite to the hotel . beach is in walkable distance !
