กว่าจะเช็คอินได้ห้อง 5 โมงเย็นในวันที่ห้องพักเต็ม ผ้าขนหนูก็เพิ่งมาส่งให้ช่วงค่ำ พนักงานใช้คีย์การ์ดเปิดเข้าห้องมาเลย ไม่เคาะห้องก่อน อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย และดูแลไม่ทั่วถึงเลย เข้าใจว่าเนื่องจากมี event จัดเลี้ยงปีใหม่ แต่ควรเตรียมให้พร้อมก่อน เพราะราคาไม่ได้ถูก ห้องพักที่ได้ห้องนึงคือพื้นฝุ่นเต็มห้อง เดินแล้วเท้าดำเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด ส่วนอีกห้องปกติ บรรยากาศที่พักดี ตกแต่งสวย ริมแม่น้ำวิวดี มารยาทพนักงานดีทุกแผนก

L'hotel era molto bello e così era il personale, il colazione era molto buono. L'unico problema è che l'hotel è molto lontano dalle principali attrazioni.

I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.
