Stayed here for two nights on business. My room was on the ground floor ( 100 series ). Arrived tired and desperately needed a good nights sleep for the day ahead full of meetings. At 10pm there seemed like a party going on upstairs, doors slamming, people yelling. I managed to drift off to sleep but at midnight the noise of occupants woke me up and was almost louder than earlier. I’m not a prude and realise that people need to have some fun, but at 12:30am midweek it’s time to call it a night. Called reception and was told ‘there was a bit of a function on and they should calm down soon’. I replied that maybe reception should fast track that ‘calming down process’. He was VERY reluctant to do that. I got 3 hours sleep. Struggled through the day, got back to my room and fell asleep at 9pm. Again..the noise started, and went through to 1:30am. My organisation paid $450 for two nights to have me rested for my working day.. The Northland locals just laughed at me when I told them. Apparently the locals avoid the Copthorne for this very reason. The Copthorne opened their rooms to those who can’t find permanent accommodation, so families are living there long term. That’s great, but if you are on business and need sleep, avoid this resort like the plague. I gave 2 stars as opposed to one as the room was clean, the breakfast was nice and during the day the reception was friendly.

È più di un 3.5 su 5 per essere veramente giusto. Viaggiamo molto, quindi so cosa cerchiamo in un hotel. Buon *Air con - abbiamo scelto questo posto perché era uno solo di pochi con air con. *Letti confortevoli - grande sonno. *Camere tranquille. *Grande posizione. *La colazione era buona ma senza formaggio e era un costo aggiuntivo. *Le strutture in camera - ferro ecc buono, apprezzare il latte reale in frigorifero. Il caffè è più bello nella camera che al colazione. *Le strutture in bagno erano buone. Fannel è una buona idea e la luce era uno specchio rotondo. Non così buono. Tempo del colazione - 6 a 9. Vorrei avere l'opzione di mentire in vacanza. 10am sarebbe meglio. *Wifi - povero!! Capisco che sia aggiornato presto. *Acqua - delizioso funky. Sii gentile a avere un paio di grandi bottiglie nel frigorifero. *Controlla ancora troppo presto. Mi sembrava che non avessimo avuto il nostro denaro. Avrei visitato la palestra e la piscina se avessimo controllato alle 11 o 12 che è quello che abbiamo usato. In conclusione, è stato un piacevole soggiorno, ma adatto a quello che avevamo, si sentiva più ”autologgio” con un tag di prezzo di vista sul mare.

SCONOSCI SE HA UNA CONDIZIONE SPECIALE NON CONSERVE BOOKING.COM. Ho prenotato più di 6 mesi prima, chiedendo un piano inferiore, perché la mia madre anziana (che ha bisogno di un rinvio di ginocchio) non può salire le scale. Mi rendo all'hotel per scoprire che siamo in alto piano, su scali. Parlo con un uomo asiatico alla reception che mi dice non inglese (Hmmmm pensavo di essere in NZ?), chiedo di parlare con qualcuno, chiama il manager, spiega la situazione - lei chiede se ho usato booking.com o spese ho detto ”sì”, Ha detto che non si può fare molto a meno che non si utilizzi il nostro sito web, perché queste aziende non conoscono la configurazione del motel.Fortunatamente, una bella signora e sua nipote hanno sentito tutto questo e hanno offerto di scambiarsi - perché il motel non andava assisti in qualsiasi modo. QUANDO, si fa solo meglio ..... essere consapevoli delle camere non sembrano le foto. I punti di aggancio non funzionano, la testa del doccia non resterà in piedi, quindi devi tenerlo - oh e è una situazione di cortina del doccia YUK! C'è un'unità di aria che sembra dagli anni '80 e non funziona. Potrei dire di più, ma tu hai l'avvertimento generale. Non mi piace dare questo tipo di feedback in questi tempi difficili, ma $700 (difficilmente guadagnato $$) per 3 notti, Mi aspetto che il nostro aiuto non ci aiuti con la nostra richiesta, perché abbiamo usato un'altra agenzia che ”non pubblicizzi” - è molto ingiusto ...... grazie per la gentile sole che hanno sentito questo, come mamma non avrebbe mai salito le scale. *Il personale di pulizia è assolutamente carino, molto accogliente e amichevole - difficile da pulire quando il posto è questo sfondo. Per essere giusto c'è una nuova sezione di questo hotel - questa recensione è per la parte grigia dell'hotel mostrato nelle foto. *Vorrei prendere. immagini di questa stanza :(

Sono arrivato dopo ore, il che non è stato affatto un problema perché hanno lasciato la mia chiave magnetica nella cassaforte chiusa a chiave fuori. L'ostello era in un'ottima posizione e mi sono divertito moltissimo a passeggiare sul lungomare ed esplorare le strade di Lane. L'ostello era pulito e ordinato - il migliore che abbia mai visto per la pulizia. L'addetto alla reception era così gentile e consiglio vivamente questo ostello. Avevano anche un parcheggio designato che potevi acquistare!

My husband and I stayed at Ala Moana for a month (mid-February to mid-March) and were very happy with this accommodation. John is a marvelous, friendly, helpful host, and he and staff member William keep the units clean, fresh, and comfortable. The daily service was more than we needed, but they always checked and offered. John accommodated our requests and went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. He even ordered a couple of beach chairs so we could sit in the shade at the beach! (YES! This beach has shade, some benches, and calm, peaceful, protected waters. Whether first thing in the morning or later in the day, it makes for a delightful refreshing swim!) The location directly across from the beach and at most a 5-minute walk to shops, the wharf, and restaurants, was perfect! Some have mentioned the bar next door. Even though it looks like a fun, local place, we knew there was live music some nights, and we wondered if noise would be a problem. At least from our location in #3, noise was NEVER an issue. It was perfectly quiet. We had a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette (no oven or freezer) (unit #3). The bed is very comfortable, the area is spacious, the basics for cooking and dining are provided. (I should note that we didn’t really cook at all, but we brought things in for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks and ate there frequently.) There was a comfy sitting area for reading, doing projects, playing games, enjoying wine and cheese, or watching TV. The decor was simple and tasteful. For us, comfort trumps decor, so we weren’t looking for high-end interior design. Furnishings included a kitchen table with chairs, a coffee table in the sitting room, sofa, day bed, small patio table and chairs on the little deck, plus a fantastic view balcony patio overlooking the bay for shared use (which makes up for the fact that the unit’s deck faces the parking spots). Other shared amenities include washers, dryers, clothesline, ice. Some things that make me especially happy: lots of storage (closets, drawers) to unpack everything, ample towel racks and hooks for wet linens, beach towels, bathing suits, shelves in the bathroom to organize toiletries, plenty of outlets for charging phones, laptop, etc. These are little touches that so many places lack and that greatly enhanced the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. While most guests were there for one night to a few nights, we would definitely recommend it for a short or longer stay and hope to return for 1-2 months again!

Siamo un coppia pensionata dall'Australia che visita NZ per la prima volta. Avevamo prenotato questo alloggio prima di lasciare casa, quindi speravamo di aver fatto la nostra ricerca abbastanza bene. Non siamo stati delusi! La ricezione ci ha accolto con piacere e ha fornito un'ottima informazione sulle nostre domande e esigenze. Una passeggiata molto piacevole 10-minute lungo la costa e si trovava nel centro di Paihia – molto conveniente. La nostra stanza era pulita, spaziosa e molto comoda. Le velocità Wi-Fi erano incredibili! Oltre a Sky TV, c'era Netflix, Prime, anche YouTube. Non potevamo chiedere di più. Avremmo consigliato molto.

La stanza è generalmente buona e la moglie è abbastanza soddisfatta! La chiave della camera è in una scatola con serratura a codice accanto alla porta. Quando sono andato lì, non c'era nessuno alla reception. Dopo aver suonato il campanello, mi ha detto il codice e il numero della stanza tramite il citofono. Ho preso la chiave per aprire la porta, il che è stato molto comodo. Il segnale wireless è molto debole e la password wifi non funziona bene, quindi non sono andato a trovare qualcuno che lo risolvesse dopo aver soggiornato per una notte.
