Very hospitable hosts and prime located family runned business. Main attractions and landmarks in this area are minutes away. Breakfast is always on time and the hosts are very helpful and catered our needs. Enjoyed the sauna facility in room 2 especially after a long day's travel. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned with empty bins and fresh towels. Would definitely go back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely amazing Stayed in room 2 with the sauna Outstanding room Clean spacious and all facilities including a fan fridge more than what I expected And the service was also amazing They always ask how you are and if need anything even helps with parking Will definitely return as in a very good location 10/10 on everything I would highly recommend

My wife and I travelled to Paignton by train on Friday 02/08/2024 until Sunday 04/08/2024, 2 nights. We originally expected to arrive about 18.00 however things changed and we arrived about 15.00. The proprietor was in the front garden watering plants and was very receptive and checked us in , advising that the room was ready. We were 2 short flights up the stairs in room 7, everything was explained and check in was very good. On entering room 7 all was found to be clean and tidy and we had everything that we required for our 2 night stay. The premises gives the impression of being recently refurbished. We would have no problem staying here again , its just of the front and extremely close to all amenities, including the sea front and rail station.

Just came back from another lovely stay we cannot fault this place dev and Benita go above and beyond to welcome you ,we stayed in room 2 king size bed with sauna spotlessly clean daily coffee tea biscuits and water breakfast cooked to order which was lovely, dev and Benita made our wedding anniversary so special with room decorations great location can’t wait for our next visit June Peter xx

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. We booked a last minute 4 day break. What an excellent choice we made. Absolutley perfect. Cleanliness, Comfort, Service and Location. We will certainly choose your lovely hotel again. Next time hopefully for longer. Thank you

The P&M Residence is an excellent plce to stay for B&B when in Paignton. We have stayed there on 3 occasions so far. Dev is always warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are a wonderful highlight. We are always impressed by how clean and well maintained and smartly decorated the accomodation is. The location is ideal for the seafront, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. We would not consider staying anywhere else in Paignton and would recommend it to others!

Fantastic stay , lovely and clean . I loved the sauna. Very friendly host .Will return as only a very short walk to beach and nightlife , we didn't have breakfast so can't say what it was like but we seen others dine in the morning

Lovely spacious rooms, nice and clean and comfortable beds loved the sauna, only a stones throw from the beach, wife and I enjoyed our stay and if we are back down that way will definitely be staying here again

Friendly host. The rooms are good. But there are now several area in the hotel where maintenance needs doing eg painting. However the present hosts are not addressing this issue The bathroom did not get cleaned during our stay. Breakfast is very good, although the sauce bottles more greasy spoon than 5× bed and breakfast.
