No parking (Parking on road), room very bad smell, no register for check in and check out. Staff behavior very rudely. Food quality very bad. CCTV cameras are not working properly. No water in bath room. we left room in 1.5 hrs due to bad mis management of Hotel staff and room condition. Video/Pictures shared totally different than Hotel sites. No elevator to go down it is very difficult to step down to older persons. Door lock is not working properly

Very poorly managed lodge. Dirty, and don't expect any facilities, TV, electric heater, geyser, etc. doesn't work. Dirty mattresses and pillows. Leakages in bathroom, dirty kitchen, no clean drinking water.

We had booked for two days. It was terrible experience with no power back up, only one power socket working. They were cooking with cigarettes on and while talking to us at the common area also they were smoking. Till mid night the workers were talking loudly and we could not get good sleep. As no power backup, had to use mobile torch to to use toilets in the night. Finally vacated within a day. It was ok to lose one day of advance payment, rather than tolerating these problems.
