This ITC property is very well located near market , may be less than 1 km,and taxi stand on a hill top. Prop is clean , well matained. Food and service are good. Excellent helpful staff. Lawns are huge and maintained. No issue on any side. One point of caution though regarding cabs. Uber ppl are reluctant to put AC on. We booked our return to srinagar via hotel. The driver said for AC 30% Of fare will be extra means around Rs 1000 extra. Didnot budge at all.A strange condition never heard of before. So be aware.

One of the best hotel in Pahalgam ! Great hospitality and food ! The team was very nice and cooperative from check in to check out everything was up to the mark ! The view from the room was very beautiful and Mountain View from the balcony was beautiful. We had great stay .

We had a wonderful stay at Fortune Pahalgam. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the hospitality truly stood out. A special thanks to Tasduk, Tariq, Bisma from the restaurant team, and Majid. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d gladly recommend Fortune Pahalgam to anyone visiting the area.

Very good experience and best service. I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to key attractions yet peaceful at night.

The water was not draining in the bathroom, lights were flickering. We checked in at 6.00 pm after a tiring journey and reaching the room discovered that the key was not working. Restaurant is too crowded.............................. .

Had nice stay at hilltop Pahalgam…we stayed with a friends and family in this beautiful hotel..keep room is very clean.. view is very nice ..and good staff behaviour very appreciable specially in housekeeping staff I mentioned her name radish ..thank u Rafiq for making our stay memorable…all over excellent stay

Rafia assisted us throughout. She was very polite and helpful during our stay .The rooms service was on point and we had a great stay. People are very helpful. Please go for Baisaran horse tour at your own risk as it is very dangerous and can hurt .
