Pay attention to their cancelation policy. The hotel is unwilling to come to a solution and not making any effort to compensate. Their communication strategy is to not communicate and hide behind ‘policies’. My booking organisation was willing to come to an agreement and tried 2 times to settle things, the hotel however was not. Poor poor service!

It's good position and good sight-seeing but air condition didn't work and employee just said 'I'm sorry' and I had to sleep and sweat all night due to hot weather even hotel.

Great stay. Clean, quiet and with good facilities. Secure Parking on site at 15 euros per day. Close to town and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with loads of choice to suit everyone. Bar cosy with a late night bar menu.

Beautiful rooms and hotel is kept to an excellent standard. The staff are superb, extremely efficient but so friendly at the same time. Breakfast has a great variety of choice and has an excellent standard. There is an open air section to enjoy your breakfast on a nice morning. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It is also in an excellent position to explore Paderborn.

Overall hotel is OK. It is one of the best in the city but that does not mean it is good. Rooms were fairly warm and stuffy as the AC was poor. Breakfast was OK at best. Pillows have an air bladder in them which makes them "interesting" but not good. Need to invest in real pillows. Hotel has a pool and sauna on the top floor. They really need to invest in small gymnasium with a weight machine or two, a couple of treadmills, and maybe an elliptical. The staff, especially in the lounge / restaurant were quite good.

I am a corporate flight attendant and stayed only for one night. Staff is great, well located and Marius from F&B was absolutely unstoppable and amazing, helped me with all my special orders and was always smiling. Super recommend this hotel :)

Return trip to Paderborn to meet up with old friends. This is the best hotel in the centre in my opinion. Views of the Dom from the room are fabulous. Can be noisy as it is in the centre of a busy city but you are near everything. Plenty of options for breakfast nearby if you don't want the 17 euro buffet.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel und ein DeLuxe-Zimmer gebucht. Dieses war wirklich toll, sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, sauber und mit tollem Ausblick (mit bodentiefen Fenstern). Auch das Bad war sehr groß und mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Zimmer äußerst zufrieden! Der Empfang ist nicht besonders hervorzuheben. Ich hatte Geburtstag und das ist niemandem aufgefallen. Das ist man von anderen Hotels anders gewohnt, aber nicht weiter tragisch. Jeglichen Service haben wir im Hotel nicht genutzt, weder Restaurant noch Frühstück. Das Restaurant haben wir uns angesehen. Wir fanden dieses nicht wirklich gemütlich und ansprechend. Gleiches gilt für die Bar, in der wir am Abend noch einkehren wollten. Wir haben uns ein Getränk mit auf`s Zimmer genommen, das war gemütlich... Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
