整體來説這家酒店很不錯，大堂櫃枱工作人員非常貼心，第一晚入住太遲，發現廁所洗臉盆壞的，這讓我有些驚訝！到第二天經過攜程溝通換了一個房間，早餐雖然不是很豐富，但葷素搭配均衡，吃飽沒問題，步行到市中心也就幾分鐘而已！

Hotellin sijainti ihanteellinen kaupunkilomalle. Ilmapiiri tunnelmallinen, palvelu ystävällistä. Useasti olen hotellissa yöpynyt ja yövyn jatkossakin.

Siisti ja mukava hotelli kivalla Lappi-twistillä. Huoneissa kaikki kunnossa ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. Koirakin oli hotelliin tervetullut. Aamupalasta erityismaininta, harvoin on noin hyviä hotelliaamiaisia osunut kohdalle!

Great stay! Beautiful and stylish rooms. Excellent breakfast. We also had dinner at the restaurant - very good food!
The sauna and swimming pool was okay. A small sauna and the swimming pool was a good size, but quite cold! You had to keep swimming all the time to keep from freezing. I hope this was temporary! Luckily the sauna was a good 70-80 degrees 😊

Lapland Hotel Oulu has an excellent location on a quiet side street in the city center, only 700 meters from the railway station and the market square and 200 meters from the town hall. Franzen Park and Oulu Cathedral are situated next to the hotel.
Rooms are very cozy and stylish. I loved the Lappish style. Air-conditioning is self adjustable. We had a small, silent refrigerator in our room. Many rooms with a balcony have an indoor balcony with view to the restaurant of the hotel.
Breakfast in this hotel is more than excellent. They have all the usual foods but also several local specialties including salmon, Finnish squeaky cheese (bread cheese), dried cranberries, cloudberry jam, beetroot hummus, buckwheat cereals, Lappish honey, sour milk cake, cinnamon buns, rhubarb smoothie etc. I especially loved green smoothie made of apples, spinach and spruce roots.

Great place to stay. There is a lake where you can swim after sauna. Restaurant is also good.
