酒店位於沙漠之門瓦爾扎扎特。環境清幽，有非洲荷里活之稱，入住的房型是套房，據前台所説，是整個酒店最好的房型，但是房間裏掛了很多電影海報畫面，都是人物畫像，一個人的話晚上牆上那麼多衹眼睛還真是有點嚇人。

L'hotel è curato, funzionale, accogliente. Molto interessante negli interni il richiamo alla cinematografia. L'esterno offre una piscina e dei gradevoli terrazzi. Ristorante ben rifornito e personale competente. Nelle camere al 1° piano non arriva il wifi.

Piccolo hotel , bello per chi come noi ha i bambini ed un punto di partenza o arrivo per il deserto. I bambini hanno utilizzato la piscina ed é stato molto divertente. Servizio buffet per la cena e la prima colazione. Rispetto ad altre strutture è sicuramente quello meno caratteristico

Hotel situato praticamente negli studios cinematografici della Atlas essi stessi visitabili. La camera era di discrete dimensioni ben pulita e con un uon materasso, finestra con vista su set di vari lavori cinematografici. Colazione varia e di buona qualità

We booked the hotel on line before reading the reviews. I guess they must have renovated the rooms, and hired a new staff recently. The room was clean and modern, and looked nothing like the photos in the nasty bathroom review. The staff was friendly, food was good for dinner and breakfast. Pool was refreshing, and even though we didn’t have time to tour the studio, we did see a lot of the sets out our window. Great bed, too!

Very unique hotel. Rooms nice and clean with lots of movie star pictures…. But very small… Reception and staff were very friendly Dinner was terrible 😞 We were 8 people…. It was a pre paid dinner… first course was salad. It was rich and fresh. Main course was beef with vegetables. It was really bad…. Most of us returned it almost untouched …. The waiter and the manager said / asked nothing … cake was …. Well let’s say we all send it back Maybe it’s bad luck… but this was our experience.

The hotel has pretty nice modern buildings but the rooms are very small and the bathroom minuscule! Very clean though. The night we were there it was windy and the hotel empty apart from maybe 4 rooms(?) We got a room with terrace faicing north and the terrace doors were so badly insulated that the curtains moved in the wind. No remote control for the A/C, no water bottle that one finds in most hotels of this price, no water kettle. In general it lacked a welcoming atmosphere. Apart from a very service minded that worked both bar, roomservice, dinner and breakfast. He was very friendly! Pool area was cosy and located in the middle of the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet made of a strange mix of things and the juices looked like they had seen better days. Of course we wanted to see the studios. This was at an extra fee of 8 euro/person. (I do think it would be smart to include this fee for the staying guests.) The studios was fun to see and well worth an hour of your life. Reading the above review it sounds bad, but it wasnt, just… ”meh”. With a little effort it has the potential of becoming a really nice hotel.

This hotel is supposed to be famous for the studios that many movies have took place there. Unfortunaly this fame does not correspond to the reality. The hotel is completely unorganised and a tourist trap. It was chosen by our travel office which was a great miss. Rooms are tiny and full of insects. The bathroom you can not even move inside. Nothing inside that has to do with a so called 4 star hotel. Dinner was terrible. Just a plate with a small portion of chicken and smashed potatoes. Not even a salad. Nothing else. Terrible Breakfast was more or less the same. No variety of products, not even someone to ask for an omelette. When someone appeared it was already late to order. We were there on new years eve but no one was at the reception to ask anything. Even when we make a call early in the evening nobody answered. The bar was left at each own fate and barely someone appeared to order a drink. Staff was there watching football and only when we asked if we can listen to any music they gave as the permission to connect our phones with the smart tv of the bar which we failed to do it. A total mess. Wifi was ok but it was the only thing that was ok Stay away of such hotel. Maybe is made only for movie purposes

The lady from the front desk was rude. I got out of the car from a long ride and I rushed in looking for a restroom before checking in. The lady and another man who works there were chatting at the entrance and didn’t even recognize my existence. I asked if there was a restroom, she looked at me with annoyance and said “yes.” I’m like “?????” There was a long moment of silence where I just looked at her trying to understand what is up with the attitude. The common sense is when someone asks for the restroom you tell them where it’s at… The man broke the silence and told me where it’s located. Also, the breakfast was not that great. I had a bowl of cereal and the milk literally tasted sour. How could they serve milk that has gone bad. I waited til they refilled the milk and got a second bowl of cereal which tasted normal. The chocolate croissant was hard and cold too😭
