Livemax ha molti rami vicino alle stazioni ferroviarie. Molto conveniente. Tuttavia, la stazione nagatsu è un po 'di silenzio e nessun negozio di cibo o comodità a notte. Devo camminare 10min. We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Il parcheggio è più grande e conveniente.

Le strutture sono anche molto convenienti. Ci sono un supermercato per 56 minuti a piedi. Ci sono anche un buon cibo per la barbecue vicino al supermercato (grafico 1 ) ,  c'è un negozio di lavastoviglie vicino a . Le strutture della stanza sono molto buone. Le strutture sottostanti sono anche molto convenienti con una stanza di fumo e una lavastoviglie e una cucina.

Hotel is conveniently located near to the Osaka Metro which makes it well placed for travelling into and around the city. The hotel itself was a little hard to find, look for the tall pink building. When we arrived the staff spoke very little English, enough to get by with check in. They held onto our bags until check in time which was appreciated. The room itself was nice, small like usual Japanese hotels but enough for us. Breakfast however was very average. The first day we had breakfast a member of staff gestured for us to sanitise our hands, no issue however then proceeded to not ask any Japanese customer to sanitise theirs. This improved on our subsequent visits however we found ourselves finding other things to eat outside of the hotel buffet after breakfast time. A lot of the food was lukewarm, especially the bacon. I'd stay here again, but possibly not partake in the breakfast in future.

Molto soddisfatto! La posizione è tranquilla nel centro di Shinsaibashi. Il check-in e il check-in si svolgono in due edifici su entrambi i lati della strada. Dopo aver completato il check-in, c'è un uomo grasso formalità, mi portava dall'altra parte della strada. Quando vedeva la macchina, diceva: ”Aspetta un attimo”. Il ristorante si trova al primo piano dell'edificio del check-in. Per effettuare il check-out la mattina è necessario attraversare il ristorante fino alla hall. Potrebbe risultare un po' rumoroso quando ci sono molte persone. Di solito non ordino la colazione in hotel. Mi piace mangiare nei minimarket, compro latte Meiji, panini alle fragole dalle 7 alle 11, ecc. la sera prima.
L'edificio in cui ho alloggiato era molto più tranquillo. Ho strisciato la mia carta per entrare. C'era un'area relax al primo piano. Puoi usare il microonde e la macchina per il caffè. Puoi portare i tuoi articoli da toeletta scala. L'ambiente generale era pulito e profumato.
La camera e il bagno sono relativamente spaziosi, i letti gemelli sono uniti e c'è abbastanza spazio per stendere le valigie accanto. Ci sono due bidoni della spazzatura, un piccolo frigorifero è abbastanza fresco e la trapunta è morbida.
Spero di poter ottenere questo prezzo per 500 ogni volta che vengo a Shinsaibashi.

Siamo arrivati prima del check in tempo, e siamo in grado di spostare i bagagli alla reception e tornare più tardi per check in gratis. AAirPerfect hotel for young people! Very vibrant, with a bar upstairs, a free 24-hour drink area on the 2nd floor, and a chill space on the first floor! Overall, it was a great place to stay, very close to different train lines.
We opted for no cleaning service and received free vouchers to use at the hotel! We used them for breakfast.
They provide free beer at certain time as well!
The best thing to mention is the pajamas. They were so comfortable that I wanted to purchase a pair, but they were sold out!

UUtente ospiteEsci dall'uscita sud della stazione di Bentencho e quando scendi dall'ascensore vedrai McDonald's (24 ore)! Se prendi le scale non vedrai McDonald's. L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, a circa 3 minuti a piedi.
C'è un 7-11 in quarantena in hotel, così facile da ricordare!
Non c'è acqua nella camera d'albergo. Potrebbe essere necessario chiedere alla reception di portarla con sé.
La stanza è grande, proprio come la descrizione dell'hotel, quindi confortevole.
Puoi scendere dal piano R dell'hotel (per la lettura delle foto)
La colazione è nella media. Ci sono solo pochi pacchetti tra cui scegliere. Puoi scaldarli da solo. Ci sono caffè, succo di frutta e zuppa. Puoi provare il budino Yakult

The underground pathway of subway station have Starbucks ( open until 22.00pm) the beside hotel have McDonald’s, Eion mart open 24 hour
It is comfortable to travelling in Osaka because the yodobayashi station in 1 next station to namba station and Shinsaibashi sta too . We can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street

Venturing barefoot through the hotel, clad in provided lounge wear and socks, epitomizes relaxation. While rooms exude cleanliness, minor dustiness and bath floor stains slightly mar the pristine aesthetic. TV amenities lack modern streaming options but offer ***** films accessible via reception.
The onsen experience, though compact, unveils a gem in the outdoor bath. Stone-lined pools, adorned with twinkling fairy lights, evoke celestial serenity. Complimentary skincare essentials and body towels accentuate the indulgent ritual. They have limited hair dryers, so you might want to time your exit or use the one in your room.
After your steamy bath, or suana session, you can grab a free prebiotic drinks between 5-10am, or free ice cream between 3pm-1am. It's located right outside of the public bath.
And for those who are shy to bare fully in the public bath, you can enjoy showering in your room. All the amenities is also available there (except the free prebiotics and ice cream).
Breakfast is not provided in the room package, but they do serve hot coffee on level 1 everyday between 6-11am. If you would like to cook your instant noodles, hot water is also on level 1, you can enjoy your food in the restuarant, at the lobby or in your room.
My stay at Osaka could not get better when I found out they serve free-flow yonakisoba every night for supper between 9:30-11pm. The ramen slaps and it comes with a drink buffet too!
Nono Hotel transcends mere accommodation, offering a holistic sanctuary for the weary traveler. With outlets all over Japan, I highly recommend staying here for a couple nights to really pamper yourself.

Stazione Namba di Osaka Stazione Nankai Namba Anche se cammini con tua figlia di 3,6 anni, puoi arrivarci facilmente camminando per 10-15 minuti mentre ti guardi intorno.

By the way, the design of the whole floor and even the room quite dark & dim. You will see the dusk on furniture very easily. It was more about design to be chic hotel I would say but if you travel with elderly it was too dark and not so properly. We also found a piece of tissue in the room.
On the first day that we have breakfast we went down before breakfast section close 30 minutes, and they informed us already which is understandable, and we absolutely respect the time. While we mostly finish our breakfast, the most senior staff came to our table with not so nice gesture to rush us to finish. He told is “5 minutes” but he told the table of 3 ladies next to us “10 minutes” and giggling. That’s already ruin my morning mood.
For me this very rude and unacceptable as I am also working in luxury & lifestyle hospitality industry as well. I select Mercure in Osaka because of the brand. This is my first time with Accor property in Japan, and it makes me very doubt in their service quality.
However, other staff I met at the collider and front office very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Kim who help us on check in.
Overall experience for me is OK, but I expected to see well-trained staff when they approach the customer. This kind of things will make the service another level. Comparing to Kyoto hotel I stay few nights their in a local brand but the service was very warm welcome and homies.

UUtente ospite[ENG]: I've never had such a ridiculous experience at a hotel in any country I've been to. On my final night, I returned to the hotel at around 9:30pm to drop off some things without any problem, but when I returned again about two hours later, I couldn't get into my room. After trying to enter the password several times, I went to the lobby but there was nobody at reception. Instead, there was a sign with three accounts (LINE, WhatsApp and Wechat) and a local phone number. My partner and I added two of these accounts and tried to call and message but nobody picked up or replied. I also knocked on the door to the offices but nobody replied there either. After attempting for quite a while, we finally paid for an account to call international numbers and dialed the Japanese number. The person who picked up said she was not on duty that night and that she would contact the person on shift. A bit later, that person came down in pyjamas and slippers. When I enquired why he hadn't responded to our messages and calls, he said that he was in the shower and ”why didn't [I] call the local number”. I explained the situation to him and he said he would help us after he helped a couple who was checking in (who had just arrived). This took an additional ten minutes in which we were just waiting in the hallway in front of our room with three bags. When he finally arrived, he gave lots of excuses as to why the password might have been changed, but offered zero solutions. He even asked me if I wanted to know the new password since I would be ”checking out the following morning anyway”. This unprofessional attitude completely ruined the entire experience on an otherwise lovely holiday and I write this review in four languages in the hope that nobody else has to fall victim to the same experience.
[中文]: 我這輩子住過這麼多飯店從來沒有經歷過比住這家飯店更荒謬的事情。最後一晚9:30左右回飯店把東西卸下來出去逛逛都沒問題。 大約兩個小時後回來居然房門打不開。密碼重複試了好幾次都沒辦法開門, 只好到一樓櫃檯去詢問居卻發現沒有人, 只有一個牌子上留了三個通訊軟體的帳號以及一個日本的電話號碼。我試圖透過 LINE 跟微信傳訊息以及打電話但都沒人回應。試了好幾次只好自己存錢買網路卡打國際電話給飯店的電話號碼。接電話的那位說今天不是他輪班 他會試著幫我聯絡當班的同事。過了一陣子有一位人穿著睡衣跟拖鞋的人下樓。當我問他為何沒有回覆我們通訊軟體上的聯絡時 他說他「在洗澡」還反問我「為什麼不直接打日本的電話號碼」。 我把事情的始末解釋給他聽之後他說他會先幫後來進來的一對客人check-in再協助我們解開門鎖。這又擔誤了10分鐘 讓我們在房門外的走廊上跟著三大袋的戰利品等待。他終於來解鎖的時候給了很多藉口說不知道為何密碼會被改 但卻一個解決方案都沒有提。打開門後還甚至還問我有沒有需要把新的密碼記下來，「反正隔天早上就要退房了」。如此不專業的服務態度真的讓我大吃一驚，也讓我美好的旅途劃下了一個非常傻眼的句點。我用四國語言寫下我的經驗 希望以後再也沒有人跟我一樣半夜被鎖在自己房門外 還要被反問一堆令人費解的問題。
[日本語]: 今生でこんな呆れる経験が本当に初めてです。 21:30に荷物をちょっと下ろしてまた夜食を食べに出かけた時問題なかったのですが、約2時間後に戻ってきてドアを開けることができませんでした。 何度かもう一度試してみましたが、まだできなくて1階に降りてカウンターに人がいなかったんですよ。 代わりにモバイルメッセンジャー3つと日本現地の電話番号がありました。 メッセンジャーを通じてメッセージも送ったし、電話もしてみたけど返事がなかったです。 仕方ない、お金を払って国際電話で連絡したので、電話に出た方がその日に働かないから同僚に連絡してみると言いました。 しばらくしてパジャマとスリッパを履いた人がついに降りてきました。 どうして連絡が取れなかったのかと聞いたら、自分がシャワー中だと、なぜ現地の電話番号に連絡をしなかったのかと言われました。 状況をちょっと説明していた時、お客さんがいっらしゃってきたので、そのお客さんが先に案内して私たちを助けると言いましたね。 それでまた廊下で約10分ほど待ちました。 また上がってきた時に言い訳をたくさんして、解決方法が一つもなかったですね。 さらに新しいパスワードが必要なのか、”どうせ明日チェックアウトするんじゃないか”と言われました。 こんなとんでもない経験が本当に最悪なので、私の経験を4ヶ国語を通じて共有したいんです。 同じ経験がないことを祈りますね。
[한국어]: 이번 생에 이런 어이가 없는 경험이 진짜 처음이에요. 밤 9:30에 짐을 잠깐 내려놓고 다시 야식을 먹으러 나갔을 때 문제가 없었는데, 한 2시간 후에 돌아왔다가 문을 열 수가 없었어요. 몇번을 다시 시도해봤는데 아직도 안되서 1층에 내려갔다가 카운터에 사람이 없더라고요. 대신에 모바일 메신저 계정 3개과 일본 현지 전화번호가 있었어요. 메신저를 통해서 메세지도 보냈고, 전화도 해봤는데 답장이 없었어요. 어쩔수 가 없어서 돈을 내고 국제 전화로 연락했으니, 전화를 받으신 분이 그날에 당직이 않는다, 당직한 사람이 연락해보겠다고 하셨어요. 좀 후에 파자마랑 슬리퍼 신은 사람이 드디어 내려왔어요. 왜 연락이 안 받았냐 물어봤더니 자기가 샤워중이라고, 왜 현지 전화번호로 연락을 안 했냐 그랬어요. 상황을 좀 설명하고 있었을 때, 손님이 돌아왔으니, 그 손님이 먼저 안내 드리고 저희를 도와주겠다고 했네요. 그래서 다시 복도에 한 10분 정도 기다렸어요. 다시 올라왔을 때 핑계를 엄청 많이 치고, 해결 방법이 하나도 안 했네요. 심지어 새로운 비번이 필요하냐, ”어차피 내일 체크아웃할거아냐”라고 그랬어요. 이런 말도 안되는 경험이 진짜 최악이라 제 경험을 4개 국어를 통해 좀 공유 드리고 싶습니다. 저랑 같은 경험이 없으시길 바라네요.
