Ho soggiornato all'Imperial Hotel di Tokyo. Il servizio è buono, come ci si aspetta da un hotel come questo. La posizione è un po' distante dalla stazione di Osaka, ma è disponibile un bus navetta gratuito ogni 20 minuti.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the hotel itself is old but well-maintained. However, the location could use a bit more effort to reach. Nevertheless, they offer a convenient shuttle service to Umeda station. There is some convenient stores nearby.

Exceptional service but nearest train station is a distance away. Free shuttle service to Osaka Station is available at set times though, so that mitigates this issue quite a bit.

Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Loved everything about it. The room was stunning, the view, stunning, the mini bar- stacked! They even have a convenience store downstairs. The bathroom had a makeup vanity and chair! The tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

In general, every thing in the room is easy to use and in good condition. You can put your drink in the refrigerator. Although I forgot after…. Services was professional. Too bad, all the good views room (riverside view) are taken which is pity, we have to face city lights view for five days. There are many 24hours shop around. Quite easy to get stuff you want. Shuttle buses drivers are superior. They are extremely kind and helpful. Best regards to them and greeting stuff who stand in front of hotel.

Hotel was perfectly located, amazing surroundings next to the river. Hotel was clean and service was outstanding.

Rooms are very spacious. Nice service, with free shuttle bus taking us to JR osaka station.

If fitness room can be free to guests and open earlier in the morning from 6am and last till midnight. That will be better to suit customers’ need.

everything is good although we didn't use facilities

Nice staff, and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was expensive and the buffet was limited. The location is 20 minutes from Tokyo tower and close to Tokyo Disney and Dotombori street (the kitchen of China)
