The receptionist after midnight is extremely rude and not helpful. Card didn’t work twice after asking for support without apologies

Fantastic trip was impreccable efficient and clean. The arrival at the peak was just a series of never ending surprises in architecture and attractions.

Great location, just a 1-minute walk from a metro station that can directly go to KIX Airport.

The hotel is fine, the location is convenient for transportation but the nearby area is quite degraded, shelter for many homeless people.

The room is big enough for 2 people with 2 medium luggage and a carry on luggage. The bed is not that soft but we slept comfortably throughout the night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We stayed for 2 days. If you wanted an affordable, clean, and comfortable hotel just to sleep in, this is an option for you. It has basic amenities and free toiletries for you to take from the reception area. There's a laundry room and vending machine. They also provide robes to use but you have to get it near the lift of your assigned room.

i love how they prepare things that we don't have. such as shampoo, body wash & conditioner. not the small ones, they are big

Hotel is well run, facilites are clean, beds are comfortable, reception staff are friendly, location is fantastic. Many nice eateries are nearby. Nice view ffom hotel high floor. Will revisit hotel in future.

Hotel is very near to train station which was very convenient. Check-in and Check-out with ease. Breakfast food serving was good. However, we felt the room was not very well cleaned based on Japanese standard.

The hotel is compact but cleanliness top nortch. The toilet is a bit small like an aircraft type but functioning well. Offer laundry, microwave, free bike, umbrella rental and free coffee service. Overall is good stay but the area surrounding seems a bit rough, try to avoid walking in the dark.

Next to the metro which was handy. A little bit of a run down area but the price was good. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. Staff helpful. Late check out available but was pretty pricey.
