The hotel was pretty good and close to the metro. It’s a 25‑minute walk to Umeda or Dotonbori. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the area. I really enjoyed the spa. However, our room was a bit dirty (there was a lot of dust). Overall, it was okay. The view from the window was very nice, and there was a small, cute park just a 5‑minute walk away from the hotel. 4.2/5 imo. Хороший отель ! ig: barabashka.beluga 🌐👥

Front staff was superr unfriendly (one specific middle age lady). Firstly it was weird that they ask for your room when you are just leaving your luggage at the front desk. Usually they only ask for your room number when you were ready to check in. Soon after she demanded we pay an extra $30 per night of stay as she saw we had an extra friend with us even though we mentioned that she was just visiting our room. Like chill man, you're not paid more by the hotel to extort us out of extra money. Overall she was really unfriendly and mean. On a plus point their rooms were spacious and clean.

Hotel is perfect for short and business trips. That’s very convenient if you’re going to take the train to Kyoto cause the direct train station is nearby and it’s the cheapest way to get to the Kyoto. I loved the amenities, especially the public bath. It’s really nice to have a relaxing time there after the day full of exploring. The minuses are the fact what they don’t clean during the stay at all and there are literally no room for your luggage and no wardrobe in the room. Also sometimes it’s a bit cold if you’re sleeping near the window.

Great location, easy to get to sightseeing spots. The room was very nice, nicely decorated hotel. The onsen facilities were good as well and pleasantly spacious Downsides are the breakfast was in the Welina East hotel, which is next door but still a bit inconvenient. Also the quality of the breakfast was terrible. Went for breakfast the first day, but then didnt bother the rest of the days and picked up some steamed buns and a coffee from Lawsons instead (which conveniently has a door connecting to the lobby). The pillow situation was poor, need to provide another pillow or at least replace those pillows

Upon check out at 1030am, just after 30 minutes, I got to charge for 1000 yen. I just got a call from the front desk at 1015am, but the girl just rushed me and didn't mention I would get charged for 1000 yen. Sad....

Was quite easy to find the hotel. It was a short walk from the station. It has a lawson connected to the lobby which made it super convenient to get late night snacks.

I can't praise this hotel enough. The price is too cheap. The room is so clean. You can use the public bathhouse until late at night. There is a Lawson on the first floor. Breakfast offers a variety of delicious Japanese food. The subway is also close. There are also two supermarkets 6 minutes away. One location is open until midnight. One starts at 7am.

Excellent location and helpful staff but would suggest to ask staff to clean/change sheets after 1/2 days continuous as a future suggestion.

The hotel was good. And very good location but was dirty, I don’t like because you have only one cleaning room for 1 week and half. I will recommend because of the location and hotel Design was beautiful and excellent to take fotos and it’s look very expensive hotel. But you have to cleaning you on room also the space was good not big room but not small. Perfect for friends and fit that price was good.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

This hotel was WAY fancier than it looked, I was floored when I got here! The price is an absolute steal for how nice this place is, and the onsen was really nice as well! I would definitely stay here again!
