Location is approx 10-15mins walk from subway station. But also near the shinsaibashi shopping street. Room is tiny for Japan standard Best feature of the hotel is the onsen at top floor

Nice location and very value for money room. Opted for a larger room and it was money well spent. Room was as spacious as the photos. Breakfast was great as well, the omelette station was amazing.

great room near the main attractions in Osaka. No real reception (you have to enter through the parking door). staff not always helpful. onsen not very clean.

Fairly conveniently located — a few minutes to two major underground stations and lots of restaurants and stores. The public bath facilities are a bonus and easy to use.

Nice and clean hotel. Two stations next to the hotel like 3-5 min walking. Walking distance to the shopping street. Self check in and check out - very quick and easy. They also have a public bath man/female but didn’t had a chance to use it :) oh and you can grab a free facial mask in reception with many different things.

Nice and quiet, which is key for me. Lovely public bath to use too. Small rooms, but to be expected in Japan. My only issue was being too hot 🔥 and I was unable I adjust the heating, I ended up putting the AC on and opening the window. Would still stay again.

Great location with many’s cute indépendant shops around the hood . Great neighbourhood with many restaurants around . Not far away from main Namba district with walking distance We managed walking w our big luggage to hotel within 8-10 mins . Without can be lots quicker around5mins We had a twin room , bed is comfy . Only one thing is our corner room is very narrow for us to walk thru the bed n the sitting area as we both are tiny already to reach our bed if with big luggage is impossible to go thru . We expected size of the room thou is still great for us . Useful amenities for ladies is very useful can be found in the reception area , free coffee & hot tea offers is basic necessities offering . Moreover the bath is really great !! Can get busy around 7-8 pm & 11-12 pm . Would return to stay when in Osaka

Room window was facing the wall of the neighbouring building. Considering it was one of the lower floors it was pretty dark. Basically this room didn’t had a window - this should be stated in the description. Also the layout of the room is quite strange. The door is directly next to the bed. We didn’t feel comfortable.

Hotel was super nice! There was everything you needed - free coffee, tea, even toothbrushes, hair combs etc. Location is nice, metro and family mart are in less than 10 minutes. Staff is super friendly, so definitely a recommend!

There is room for improvement for concierge staff, as I arranged room cleaning on the 3rd day of stay and that didn't happen because 'I removed the do not disturb sticker too late' i.e. at 1230pm, yet re-arrangement was not offered until I asked for it, to be re-arranged the next day at noon. The cleaning staff then knocked continuously at my door at 9am the next day, saw I opened the door with a toothbrush in my mouth, and asked me when I wanted to do cleaning, without considering the fact that it's really not the best time to talk. I thought I was clear on the instructions given to the concierge staff the day before. Very surprised by the lack of communication between the concierge and frontline staff. Nonetheless, I would like to give credits to the breakfast restaurant staff, as they are all very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is really new and clean. The service is good and you can communicate with the staff smoothly in English. The hotel is near to Shinsaibashi, about 10-15 minutes walking distance.
