Rather small rooms, walking around bed is a difficulty. Long walk to Osaka station or bus drop off. The restaurant and breakfast was good

It's in a convenient location but has a rather quiet ambience.

Location is a bit far but everything is good. Room is normal Japanese size.

It was a great stay. The rooms were clean. They provided clean towels and bottle water everyday even though room cleaning was not requested.

If i back Japan, sure I'll looking for to book this hotel chain. Smoking room available is for a smoker like me a plus Breakfast very good Staff way more friendly than I expected (my bad that looked in previous comments, or i do was lucky or the reviews were too strict) Location, what to say..........near everything and very easy access to subway or train station (i don't remember if it's Umeda or Osaka station). the room itself wasn't big, in any case i didn't feel small living in compare to same size room i got for Kyoto, maybe room furniture distribution.

The room was one of the smallest we have had in Japan. Location was ok. The staff were not the best but not the worse. No assistance in guidance for area. Plenty of toiletries available.

They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. A special shoutout goes to the staff who helped me when I forgot to retrieve my clothes from the washing machine. Not only did they assist me in retrieving them, but they also took the time to pack them for me. This level of service truly exceeded my expectations. While the location may be a little bit far from certain attractions, it is conveniently situated near two stations, making it easy to explore Osaka and even visit Universal Studios Japan (USJ). The convenience of transportation options definitely made up for any slight inconvenience in terms of location. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel, and I can confidently say that if I ever travel to Osaka again in the future, this will be my go-to accommodation choice. The combination of stylish design, excellent service, and convenient location make it a top-notch option for any traveler.

Front desk service is odd. Location is longer than a walking distance from station.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Osaka Station. But the aerial garden is very close.

Functional, clean, and comfortable room. I stayed in the main building, which has a convenience store attached to the first floor. Breakfast was fine and affordable. A good option for travelers who want to enjoy the Umeda area and easy access to Universal Studios Japan. Construction work is underway nearby as part of the Umekita development; after completion, the underpass will make it even easier to access the hotel.

Good location and good service... Very closed to shopping area and Metro.. Will come again

Needs to walk a bit from Osaka station But still considering the price that they are offering. Room is big enough

Clean neat hotel with very friendly and helpful staffs! Love the hotel overall even if it’s a little small. The rooms are newly renovated and it’s very modern, very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Location is slightly further, about 10 mins walk from train stations
