L'hotel era molto carino. Nonostante la stanza fosse piccola, la mia valigia è riuscita ad aprirsi completamente. Anche la posizione era ottima, ristoranti e stazioni meteo nelle vicinanze. Il personale era molto disponibile e tutto era estremamente pulito. Lo consiglierei!

Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e facile da raggiungere a piedi Shinnsaibashi.

La stanza era molto piccola ma la stazione ferroviaria era a circa 5 minuti di distanza

24h front desk, helpfully and kind staff. Service and accommodation follows by the price I think, though I can get some good things to bring up, but it's just a standard hotel. The hotel provide laundry self service with additional fee. I booked with breakfast included, but it's kind a big mistake because they have the same rice ball bento box and a bottle of green tea for all days I stayed. Unfortunately for a hotel they didn't provide a luggage storage after check out, I mean other accommodation mostly provide for a country like Japan, need more time for travelling before you go to other prefecture or to the airport. Unlike that, they will accommodate you luggage or package during stay which I have delivered a package on the day I arrived. Over all it's okay tho

The hotel is located at the downtown of Osaka, quite convenient to visit all the markets, bar streets and of course others attractions in Osaka. Hotel is clean, modern and equipped with your own fridge and microwave in the room.

This hotel is really great especially the location and amenities. Staffs are really friendly. They even allow their guest to received parcel.

Typical livemax hotel in japan, a bit of wall to namba, but close to another station.

The room was good, but a little bit too small for 2 persons. The location not to far from Honmachi station around 650m.

It’s very good I think this hotel is match for people who visit Japan for alone So I recommend this hotel to visitors

They are not allowed us to use hotel restrooms before check-in time.

We stayed on this hotel for 5 days and I can say that it served its purpose. We are near Namba, shoutenggai and a lot of shopping center. I just dont like that they dont have weighing scale atleast for checking luggages and vacuum ( we wanted to seal our bags) But overall, this is a good go-to hotel in Osaka.

Not bad for a one-person solo traveller, it has enough space for a hand-carry luggage to flip open and enough space for one person to live in. The place is not exactly big, but it has enough space for everything needed. The staff is also nice and helpful to us customers, it is suitable for solo travellers travelling for a short trip.

I think everything is good but just only thing that makes me feel uncomfortable is the cleanliness, I think the room’ dust is too much, and the weather is not fresh.
