Best hospitality, friendly and warm welcome when we arrived. Great location just 5 min walk away from Shin-Osaka. Breakfast was delicious. The best thing was we put ‘Do not disturb’ sign but they hang a bag of new towels, floor mat, hand towel and dustbin bag outside our room. I never seen any of the hotel does thing, definitely the best hospitality I ever experience. Highly recommend!

I like the breakfast room as it is opened throughout the day. You could consume your takeaway meals here and pair them with coffee or tea.

Small room but big bed. Close to railway station which is good, but for some people it can be too loud.

The hotel provide free breakfast and they do change the main dishes. A short walk from the train station. Will stay in this hotel again in the future.

What an amazing hotel with a prefect location, great breakfast, great location, amazing service for a three star hotel that offers the star service. The only downside is room internet is very slow.

The hotel is near the train station if you know how to go to a specific exit. If not you will end up walking a very long distance as you will be on the other side of the train track and making a u turn requires substantial time. In our room we can hear train noise as sound insulation is not good enough. There's no bottled water in the room even if you are willing to pay for it ( not foc ). There's no bench for putting luggage. The toilet wc flush is not working properly. Breakfast is not nice and also lacks variety.

6mins walk from Shin-Osaka station! Lovely space and mini library to chill and daily breakfast provided! Breakfast was quite a spread for a considerably small hotel.

Close to train station, good breakfast fast, good services.

Chill place to live in despite the distance is far from town but still accessible.

Overall, we are impressed with the room size & bedding of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Will be back again to Osaka. 1. Room & bed size is comfortable. 2. Bathroom sufficient space. Clean 3. Privacy in terms of quietness was good. 4. Hotel breakfast was great. Coffee lovers sure well taken care here. 5. Just need to walk some distances to hotel 1st day check in. Will repeat stay.
