The triple room assigned was larger than expected, with ample space area for the luggage and even included a seating area. Very impressive and walking distance from metro. The room was clean too, stayed for 4 nights, able to request simple cleaning daily as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Location! Location! Location! Right at the heart of city centre. Everything is so convenient. A lot of great restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Room size was decent according to standard in Japan.

Awesome experience living with DEL. The room was really clean, staff were helpful and the location is near shopping district and subway- Shinsaibashi station. I will choose DEL again when I travel to Osaka again.

We booked a 3-bed wooden floor room. Size is big but layout is a little bit weird. Breakfast is delicious. Location is unbeatable.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The 8-10 minutes walk away from Shinsaibashi station, but hotel is right next to the shinsaibashi shopping belt. Daiso and McDonalds are just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was included in our hotel stay. The hotel buffet had the usual Japanese breakfast spread and also had Italian pastas. The spread was decent, we really enjoyed the french toast, it was really really delicious! The beds were comfortable, not too hard not too soft. The pillows were really flat but they provided additional cushions that you could use. Hotel price are priced competitively as well, great value for money! We would book our next trip back at this hotel in Osaka.

We had a pleasent stay here. Easy check in and check out proceed. Location is just purfect. Definately will come again if we had the chance.

Good location and services. Close to the Shinsaibashi attraction with walking distance, lot of restaurants and convenient stores to shop. The bathroom is comfortable except the room not spacious.

Everything is excellent except the mattress, too soft 😅 Hotel may consider to let guest take away simple breakfast if they need to rush out from hotel early.

The location is fair and if you go to the subway station of shinsaibashi, that’s pretty near with walk of around 5mins. However as Namba station is more convenient for travelling around, then you have to travel one stop or walk for 20mins to Namba station. Overall, the location is ok as it’s near the main shopping area and restaurants.
