Amazing first time stay at this hotel, super clean and tidy. Walking distance to nearby Dotonbori which has many delicious food and lots of shopping to do. Highly recommended to stay !

The stay was very comfortable, the hotel rooms were well-equipped, the hotel front desk service was very good, the hotel was clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel was satisfactory.

We booked a twin room as two friends while travelling around. The room was so small we could hardly find space for our suitcases. As we are not a family, the conditions were quite restrictive, thus it was not easy to relax in the room. Otherwise the hotel is nice, receptionists are helpful. The location is quite convenient to travel around Osaka.

깔끔하고 가격도 저렴하고 무엇보다 위치가 번화가에서 5분거리에 있어서 매우 편하고 좋았습니다 오사카 여행갈때마다 여기서 묵으려구요 ㅎㅎ 사진은 저희가 체크아웃 직전에 찍은 사진이라 좀 지저분해버일수있습니다

房間真的夠大，三個行李箱打開都沒問題，浴室干濕分開，有很大的浴缸可泡浴，花灑在另一邊分開，在日本這價錢竟然有這麼大的房間，讚👍

房間有中文服務 設施：齊全，周邊配套設施齊全，旁邊有大的商業街，火鍋等，下次去了還住這裏，這家店很可以！哈哈哈

優點：超級乾淨衛生，廁所非常好評，有凳仔可以坐係到沖涼，方便老人家，床都ok，啲野都新正，職員英文ok，都主動。 缺點：枕頭太軟，洗衣服要自已出去洗。 另外地方係道頓堀對面，去地鐵站行就遠，建議坐南海到難波，直接坐的士去方便好多

前台疑似尼泊爾籍男子態度惡劣！不願意出具泊宿證明，晃着腦袋、瞪着眼睛不肯按住宿人員分別出具，國際國內沒見過這麼差的前台服務員！親們不要去住了！

距離 道頓崛旺區大約五分步高程， 房間 面積不大 但五臟俱全， 附近有很多中國人及韓國人經營的餐館及藥妝店

房間不太好，好吵，還小，服務員態度太差了，真的有點無語，要什麼沒什麼，不喜歡，避雷，強烈不建議你們過來這邊住，服務員還出口罵人
