Short distance walking from east gate Shin-Osaka station. Check in was super fast and front desk staff is very friendly and communicate well. Room is very neat. Facing a Shinkansen track. Breakfast provided.

I went to hotel at 12.00 o'clock I said "check in" to one of front officer She said to me in Japanese and I was didn't understand. I said again "Check in" Actually I know the check in time it's 3 pm. But I hope the hotel will said to me to keep luggage first. I didn't expect to check in at 12 o'clock. And yes. She said to me to keep luggage first. But that time I was disappointed about the front officer didn't talk with me in English. And I said Check in 2 times to her. I feel like she don't want to talk with me and feel she don't welcome me. 😞

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Osaka. It is a distance away from the train station. It is a good location for a day trip to Miyajima and Hiroshima. We had comfortable sleep. I love the table where I can sit down and use my laptop comfortably. They have breakfast buffet but we don't need breakfast, as we prefer to sleep it. They have massage on site but unfortunately we didn't had time try it.

The soundproof is really terrible and I can hear the neighbor room talking loud at 3 am. The staff gave me the room by the rail and it’s very noisy till midnight.

Location is good. Just a few minutes walk from shin Osaka station. Frontline staff is friendly. Check in process is effective. Room is small but clean and warm.

It's very value for money for how much we paid for a hotel room in the heart of Osaka near Shin-Osaka JR/MTR Station. The room is in fact slightly larger than we expected and the in-room facilities are considered very good for the price we paid. The room is clean too. Will surely come back to stay again!

The room is small to be honest and as it is semi-double bed it just fit for couple. But the location is good and very clean. So it is a good choice for budget travelers.

谷歌地圖導到了另一家via，這家離新大阪東出口比較近，出了東出口的階梯，往左拐，往天橋方向走。房間較mini，大堂有一次性洗漱用品拿。電梯對面有飲料機。房間隔音效果有一丟丟差，能聽到飛機，火車的聲音。

這次大阪京都之行，推薦入住在新大阪，出行便捷，果真如此。出門買個IC卡充值使用節省時間。酒店從新大阪站東口出不遠，直走拐彎即是，看門面很小，是高層，房間有10層。是JR的酒店，生意不錯👌房間很小還是大床，節省能源可以兩天換一次床單。服務熱情、周到。早上10點打電話來要求10:30推房，第一次遇上這樣的事。洗漱用品前台對面小桌子上自助領取，餐廳提供早餐額外付費。

普通のビジネスホテルですが、朝ごはんが良かったです 朝ごはんはほっこりする味とスタッフの方が年配の方が多いようで、なんかお母さんにいってらっしゃいと言ってもらっている感じで安心しました。 お味噌も選べて西京味噌の味噌汁は飲んだことがなく優しい味でほっこりしました。 あと、フットマッサージャーやヘアーアイロンの貸し出しもあったので足の疲れも癒やされて良かったですし、ヘアアイロンを忘れていたのですが良かったです。

宿泊費が安かったので今回こちらを初めて利用しました。駅近く、清掃も行き届いていて、コーヒー、紅茶、お茶のティーバックなども自由に取れて、快適でした。電車の音が聞こえるので慣れない人には難かも。

有兩個問題，一個是梳子要收錢，幾百日元我忘記了，第二個，早餐我另外付的880日元，試的，因為看介紹的圖冊很不錯，但是實際吃的種類，都沒啥吃的，還不如附近便利店可以買好多東西了。其他環境衞生都很好。

東口から徒歩2分は本当でした。 新幹線の改札口を出て、東口出口までの距離の方が、人混みを抜けるのに時間が掛かるくらいです。 大きな通りを渡るなどの面倒もありませんし、立地は大変良いです。 チェックイン前、アウト後も煩わしい荷物を預けて観光ができるので助かりました。
