We booked two rooms in the hotel which is located in a good location near the Shin Osaka Station with good sized bedrooms but was not told that the aircon system is not functioning during this period as the rest of the hotel that we booked are with aircon or heater during winter.

Very near to the shin osaka station, 5 mins approx by foot! So convenient

Bery well located and convenient hotel. This hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk south of Shin Osaka station. There is also Minamikata Hankyu rail station at about 10 minutes walk south of this hotel. There are 4 washing machinese and 2 drying machines on ground floor near Receptionist. Next to washing room is a door to a convenient store. The AC is centralized but windows can be opened. Although near train station the room is well insulated.

This hotel is near from Shinosaka station. It’s easy to walk to the hotel.  Nice officer and service.

Hotel is literally across the street from the shin osaka station. There is also a Lawson just next door. No bottled water in the room. Ice machine available,kettle in the room. Extra drink and toiletries available at the lobby.

This was a nice hotel right beside the shin osaka station so you could go anywhere. The only drawback was that it seemed very very quiet, at times like a ghost town. Not so bad if you want to be alone. The hotel was clean, the staff were great. The breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Good location and friendly front desk service. Very clean room and a lot of amenities nearby. Very close to shin Osaka station. Large spacious room and will definitely book the next time

It’s very convenient and near shopping malls. We will return on our next trip.

Nice Hotel staff and great location near Shin-Osaka JR Station. The view from the window was priceless, love it so much.

The aircon is too warm and cannot adjust the temperature, bad experience.

A bit far from train station /big room space/ clean ,staff good service can speak english

Had an average time at the hotel. Location is near Shin Osaka but had some difficulty trying to locate the train exit which had escalators/lifts for us to carry the luggages. Hotel is also very old, blankets were scratchy and bed was very hard. Quiet environment though. Service was alright, they allowed us to store our luggages for the day before check in. Not much amenities or restaurants around the area. Lawson is located close by. You will have to travel out for any other amenities.
