Room has balcony. Room spacious. Clean. Aircon powerful. Shower hot water strong and comfortable. WiFi very very good. Swimming pool nice. Breakfast food average. Staff service EXCELLENT. would like to compliment these staff for their good service: Reception staff : Ms Proud Ms Wanvisa GSE staff : Ms Laddawan Breakfast staff : Ms Payearat Bellboy staff : Mr Anuwat (very good service) And I didn't get the manager name. He was on duty on 22 March 2025 around 428 pm around the reception area. His service was excellent. Of course there were many other staff with good service (e.g. housekeeping staff)

Excellent service, from bell boy, buggy man, staff at breakfast place & the pool bar, reception desk, you always feel welcome at this resort. Amazing salt water pool to mention.

The location is good, convenience to go to Lotus and Big C. However, the point to take off from cars for the checkin is a bit confusing as the reception of the resort is behind the reception of spa.

The hotel environment is very nice, pools are lovely, room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. The breakfast was average, but can’t complain given the price!

Was there with a bunch of friends on holiday and i had bug bites ALL OVER MY BODY. Over all the hotel looks clean but the sheets had bed bugs i assume. Because my friends and i all got it….

I I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing and made the entire stay worthwhile. The hotel itself was very nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!
