Everything is good and clean. We can get what amenities that we need from lobby so no waste. There is laundry room at lobby for around 600yen to wash and dry. Just be careful to not lose your key as you will get fine1000yen.

Recommend to stay here due to very near to namba station which is their CBD’s area and it is very clean

A budget hotel that has a good location. We actually requested a booking of a room with two single beds, but we were told it ran out and it’s full when we arrived. We end up only have a one-bed room and a very crammed night. Not a good experience because there’s no flexibility of giving any room upgrade.

Love it near to Mega Donki Daiso and Shinsekai Tower!! will come back again!

Very good location - very near the Metro and JR train stations .Staff are patient , helpful and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and a lot of amenities .Right next to the famous Spa World and Tsutenkaku ,Shinsekai Area and Tennoji Zoo . Nearby hv Maruhan ******** play area and Don Tax- free building . Highly recommended !

A very good hotel with many Japanese style restaurants around downstairs. The location is so convenient and only 10 to 12 minutes walk from the subway station. The staff in the counter is very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel staying experience was great and certainly will stay again next time.

Love everything of the hotel.. location, cleanliness.. room size suite solo traveller or even couple who doesnt hv many luggage.. 1 large luggage is still hv suffice space to walk..

Had stay there 6nights. Overall everything is good. Location is quite convenient also, walk 5mins able to reach red line Metro station, and donki. We request for birthday & proposal deco they have did something for us also. Their customer service reply promptly and able to solved my emergency issue too. Just that I feel the dustbin all too small, moreover they will only clean the room every 3 days, so that’s a bit not convenient and unhygienic. Even the lobby dustbin also full every day. I think this need to be improved.

Traveled with a friend and stayed for 11nights, overall room size is Abit small for 2 people but everything else I would say is perfect. Room is clean and quiet(my room was on the 7th floor), hotel location is quite convenient also nearest station is dobutsuen Mae station takes only about 3mins walk. Would stay again if visiting Osaka next time

Nice cosy room at a good location at an affordable price. Breakfast spread was good for the price. Room cleaning was done on third day of stay but towels and trash can be change every day. They provide pyjamas for ur stay too, so one less clothing to bring 😄

Hotel was decently clean although there was a mysterious packet on the floor when we just entered.... It is located right by a tourist spot. The bathroom is clean. Location-wise, you'll find many homeless people on the street as well which is unusual.

Good location with donki is nearby and 5 min walk to metro station. Hotel bed is surprisingly larger than other hotel. However some downside which hotel is into eco cleaning. The room will only be clean every 3 days. New towel will be hang outside room door daily. But rubbish inside the room are not cleared daily which cause inconvenient and unhygienic.

It’s clean it’s in Tsutenkaku. Lot of food nearby. We stayed in deluxe double rooms which is huge. Huge bed, good space for toilet, they change towels everyday. Additional we booked another day before our arrival and we was allotted the same room. From Kyōto we took a straight train to Dobutsuen-Mae Station then it’s walkable to the hotel . To Kansai airport take a shin imamiya jr station not subway for a straight train.( don’t go to Dobutsuen station to go to Kansai airport) Attractions near by Harukas 300 Observatory, Shinsekai Market and lot of games, archery and food., Osaka aquarium ( this alone you can visit for a day) Lawson , family mart, mc Donald’s all are near by. You can shop for family in MEGA Don Quijote Shinsekai or there are lot of drug stores  We ate in these restaurants and it was nice Usagiya, Rokusen Sushi Tsutenkaku Honten, Seyhan Kebab tennoji shop, New World リラクゼーション Bella Vita ベラビタ For massage and ChunChun nail salon ( チュンチュンネイルサロン) for nail art. There r two laundry machines and two dryers. For con: The coffee is not nice at all. If you want a quieter area this is not the place to stay.( although rooms are sound proof, if you step out of your hotel its crowded)

1)Location superB, inside shinseikai town. Surrounded by food store, nearby McDonald, convenient store, and donki. Plus point = 6min walking distance to red color metro~ 2)Room is big, able to open 2 big luggage at same time on floor. Love the bathroom, not sure any special design or renovation, the bathroom floor is warm!! Amazing for the traveller visit on winter season. 3)Breakfast is delicious, serving local cuisine and western breakie~
