Love this hotel, the room is nice for a solo travel, the bed is soft, and there was bottle water & toothbrush given. For the price it is ok, RM100+- just nice. At some point the price is at 70-90. The were shampoo and body wash. The Aircond take sometime to cool (15 minutes). That’s all. PLUS The TV have YouTube. Tq 🗣✨

I booked here for a night only as I was catching a train early the next morning. I checked in quite late, almost around midnight however the receptionist was readily available. For a hotel that I thought would only offer whatever is the most basic amenities, I was amazed to find out that it has smart tv installed. The location is also perfect, only about 5 minutes walk away to KL Sentral. If I am to stay in this area again, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.

This is my review for the Alaxis Hotel. First room they gave me had many roaches. Got a new room, no bugs. Staff was helpful. The location, while very close to Sentral station, is very dirty and there are homeless people around a lot. It was a moderate value for the low price I paid, but didn't really enjoy the stay.

I always arrived quite late to check in but the main desk POC very helpful and check me in very fast. The location convinient as walking distance within 500m to nu sentral,ktm,mrt,lrt,bus etc. The staffs very pleasant and friendly. Just if we need daily items like tissue,bottle water, you need to ask from the main desk and the only iron is only on 2nd level.

For the price it's worth, price was cheaper than others hotel. Clean room, bedsheets not clean.

Budget hotel but good location. Hotel around few restaurant for supper. Opposite Nu Sentral. Convenient and easy access to take KL Express to airport. Next time if come KL will stay this hotel again :

The towel is smelly. Controllably hot shower water. A bit dim at the bed area(not enough luminance.

Everything in the room was falling apart. The light and tv was not working and yhe shiwer had no knob so canmot be turned on. Had a terrible stay there as could not shower.
