Hotel Family-friendly a Osaka

È una tranquilla zona di uffici a Midosuji, ma è a soli 3-4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende facile l'accesso! Sono andato alla stazione successiva per mangiare pesce palla e granchio. Ci sono bar e ristoranti convenienti al primo piano dell'edificio dell'hotel e intorno ad esso. La colazione è a buffet. Il pot-au-feu e la zuppa di panna erano deliziosi con molti ingredienti. Ho decorato la frittata che ho ordinato con alghe e funghi bardana🎵 Anche il bagno era bello con una doccia. Forse era perché il tappeto era di colore scuro, o forse il personale delle pulizie non se n'era accorto, ma sul pavimento c'era un calzino nero di un ospite precedente... lol

I’m solo traveling and also working during this stay. This has got to be one of my better stays in Japan. Shiro checked me in and was very thorough to explain the amenities. Jin, helped me set things up for luggage delivery. Shiro, helped send my luggage to Haneda, and Yun, helped send my luggage to Tokyo. The staff are amazing and very attentive. The Housekeeping staff cleaned impeccably and the resident lounge was great to use. Notes for improvement: Gym needs more character to match the style of Citidines. Thanks Citidines Namba Osaka team for the extremely comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again.

We love this hotel, and it is very convenient if you are to visit Universal Studios Osaka, many restaurants and konbini nearby. Staff was helpful, we did our laundry, we sent a package, we were able to use the storage when we checked out early so we could go see one more shrine this mom wanted to see 🥰. You are basically a few steps away from JR, I kid you not! So if you want to go to other places it's not hard to move around. Have fun!!!

I’ve stayed here more times than I can remember. Just shows how much I like the IC. The hotel continues to deliver on service, cleanliness and location. With the opening of the Grand Green Osaka there are even more shops, restaurants and greenery around the hotel. It’s a big shame though that with the new office and hotels towers having come up, rooms facing the west, which in the past had the best views of the Umeda Sky Building and the Yodo River now has obstructed views.

Had a fabulous stay here, room was clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast spread was decent. Its a short walk to USJ less than 15 minutes. The queue starts as early as 8am, be there early and get express ticket if you want to enjoy all rides. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

L'hotel è molto pulito, in una posizione perfetta con solo pochi minuti a piedi da USJ e molti ristoranti (eg Sushiro, Red Lobster ecc) negozi di cibo rapido (Mc Donald's, Mosburger, Starbucks, ShakeShack ecc), negozio di comodità (Lawson) e negozio di droga nelle vicinanze. Solo pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria JR. Facile da camminare dalla fermata degli autobus (autobus dall'aeroporto direttamente all'USJ).

Liber Hotel Osaka is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is ideally located with easy access to shops, taxis, trains, and is very close to Universal Studios. One of the standout aspects was the exceptionally kind and courteous help desk staff. They went above and beyond, providing us with detailed maps of Osaka and personalized recommendations for places that would be enjoyable for both kids and adults, making our experience even more memorable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly regardless of how busy they were. The facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment. With reasonable pricing and such thoughtful service, we even extended our stay because my kids loved it so much. An absolutely amazing experience!

We are a family of three. In my opinion, this was one of our favourite hotels where we had stayed in Japan. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. I personally love the bathroom as it separates the dry and wet area. The bed was comfy and big to sleep in. One of the things I felt good was that the wooden floor of our room made it easier for us to roll the luggage. We also enjoyed the television as it has a huge variety of shows. The location of the hotel was the best as it is close to the shopping mall and has a wide variety of food. If you want to go to Universal Studio Japan, Hotel Universal Port Vita would be a great hotel to stay in as it is only less than 10 minutes walk from Universal Studio Japan. The view from the room was fantastic too (see photo). There is even a convenience store at level 1. To top it off, the hotel receptionists and staff were friendly and polite. They even gave us minions keychains. I strongly recommend this hotel. This was indeed a good hotel to stay in!

Although the hotel location is very close to the train station and the hotel room is very clean and tidy, my overall comment is not good. Nowadays, most people charge small electronic devices / apparatus by using USB line but this hotel does not offer this to customers and we are still required to bring along with own sockets for charging. It really made customers not so convenient. The operation of the women spa was terrible while my family and I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. My wife used the spa for 2 nights. She was very surprised that somebody brought a boy aged at least 7 years old and they wore swimming suit to use spa service. It made my wife so embarrassed and unsatisfied. It is ridiculous to have such an incident happened. The hotel should monitor this area very frequently and ensure all customers have enough privacy, safety and protection.

We just stayed 1 night at Park Front hotel. We got a big room with anamazing view. At first,we felt like the airconditioning was not cold enough but after some time, it turned out to be okay. Great location!! Beside is train station and USJ.
