Ottimo hotel di design moderno. Il personale parla inglese e giapponese. La posizione è eccellente. Vicino a shinbashi e dodotenburi. Mi piace questo hotel 8.5/10. Hotel sicuro. L'hotel è meglio con la sua posizione. Ci sono ancora spazio per migliorare. Prenoterò di nuovo quando torno a Osaka. Anche vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Sono felice di prenotare questo hotel. Il disavanzo è che questo hotel non sembra grande e lussuoso

I stayed here recently during my 5 days and 4 nights stay in Osaka and i had a great time. First and foremost, the location was superb! It’s accessible as it’s an interchange with so many different lines available. We took the nankai express train from Kansai internation airport to namba and its just around 3min walk to this hotel. Walking distance to dotonbori and the shopping district! The staff were so nice when we checked in and he was fluent in English! They also gave us free breakfast and i think they also upgraded us coz i booked the room without bathtub but we got a nice bathtub where u can soak your sore muscles after a full day of walk! The room spacious and its safe as aside from access card, it got 2 other secured lock as well. Btw, a family mart is just right outside the hotel as well and 3 other restaurants! So overall, i really enjoyed my stay here! So would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit osaka😊

The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

La camera è spaziosa e con un letto molto comodo.Si trova proprio accanto a Kintetsu Limited Express, quindi è molto conveniente venire da Nagoya senza dover cambiare i treni. Si trova a soli 1 stazione a Namba, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi & Kuromon Market che è molto conveniente.

Si trova in un posto tranquillo nel centro di Osaka. Era spazioso per un hotel giapponese, pulito e il personale era gentile. La posizione è anche a poche fermate di treno dal centro e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti caffè con vista sul fiume. Voglio restare di nuovo quando vado di nuovo a Osaka più tardi.

Nuovo hotel aperto a marzo 2021. Guida Michelin 2021 ha ricevuto 2 stelle. Situato a metà strada tra Yodoyabashi e la stazione di Hommachi sulla linea della metropolitana Midosuji. Comodo accesso a qualsiasi punto della città di Osaka. La lobby è al 15° piano e non puoi andare direttamente alla camera degli ospiti con l'ascensore, quindi la sicurezza è perfetta. Non ci sono problemi con la distanza sociale nella grande hall. Le camere degli ospiti sono spaziose ei letti sono relativamente morbidi, che è il mio comfort preferito per dormire. Sono disponibili anche posate e ferri da stiro per poter stare comodamente. Il bagno e la toilette sono separati da una porta a vetri e la vasca da bagno e la doccia sono separate, il che lo rende confortevole. I servizi sono un po' scadenti e la preparazione minima necessaria. Ovviamente il WiFi è disponibile e la velocità è perfetta. La TV è un tipo che può connettersi a Internet e puoi anche goderti YouTube e Netflix. Poiché è possibile collegare anche Chromecast, è possibile anche il mirroring dello smartphone. Con questa attrezzatura e servizio, penso che questo prezzo sia molto conveniente. Purtroppo colazione. Il menu e il numero di elementi sono piccoli, quindi è necessario un po' più di ingegno. Non ho zuppa, quindi devo mangiare croissant con zuppa di miso. Inoltre, mi sembra un po' impegnato essere in grado di abbassare il piatto vuoto mentre mangio, e non riesco a calmarmi e mangiare. Il personale duro è semplicemente buono e dispendioso.

Hotel era pulito e bello e molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Prendete cura di viaggiare con un sacco di bagagli la metropolitana solo le scale non hanno scala o ascensore. Anche tutto è servito da soli ... diverso da quello che tutto era buono. Ci sono anche una TV nel bagno per gli ospiti di piano premium

Molto costoso ma cazzo, stanno davvero assumendo persone che parlano inglese o cinese insieme al giapponese! E oh mio, c'è solo così tanta gente che lo fa! Che sia il desk front, o anche il custode! Gli unici che non sono davvero quelli nei ristoranti o in Melissa (dove vendono pane e altri buoni cibi!) O il centro commerciale, al piano di sotto! Il salotto del dessert non era troppo amichevole, ma sembrano tutti estensioni dell'hotel! In generale, grande esperienza, eccetto il fatto che le camere sono in realtà piccole e compatte causa che è quello che abbiamo prenotato dopo tutto - ma a parte questo, tutte le strutture erano grandi, il bagno era grande e mobile e tu hai davvero tutto e tutto Hai già bisogno di li! Solo la questione è che alcune cose qui sono abbastanza vecchie, anche se è un hotel 5 stelle! Ma in generale vale il prezzo, anche se non mi consiglio di rimanere tutto il tempo a meno che non vuoi bruciare un buco nel tuo tasca! Ma una cosa grande è che sono davvero lodevole in termini di eventi e di catering per centinaia di ospiti per le palestre davvero grandi, che è un enorme plus.

La stanza è leggermente più piccola per tre persone con sei bagagli. Inoltre, ci sono cose che non capiscono l'inglese. Tuttavia, è in generale un piacevole soggiorno!
