Hotel vicini a Aqua Liner a Osaka

The hotel location is just near-by Osaka park, very convenient for the visit to famous Osaka Castle. Our room is at high floor with good view to Osaka Castle. Our family enjoy a wonderful dinner at Keyaki restaurant (at 18F of this hotel), good food and comfortable environment.

Il bagno grande è pulito e confortevole, lo ripeto. Puoi vedere il cielo dal bagno all'aperto. Il personale è molto cordiale e la stanza è rilassante con colori calmi. Poiché il minimarket si trova nello stesso edificio, è molto comodo per fare shopping e mangiare. Piace molto anche ai bambini.

Il nostro soggiorno è sempre piacevole all'Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande quando viaggiamo in Giappone. Non è fantastico, ma il prezzo è buono, è pulito, il personale è utile e è così conveniente per cibo, shopping e treni che collegano quasi ovunque.

Con la madre che vive vicino alla Sala Arte di Liu Tao, non lontano da Daolin City, centinaia di metri dal palazzo di JR Liu. The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

La posizione è vicina alla stazione della metropolitana, facile accesso, autocontrollo in & check out sistema è bello per risparmiare tempo, la vista della finestra dalla stanza è grande ma non c’è un manico per la finestra, potrebbe chiedere uno dalla ricezione

Il servizio eccezionale - il dipartimento frontale mi ha aiutato a organizzare un taxi all'aeroporto e non è stato facile perché erano completamente prenotati. La persona ha provato molte volte e finalmente ha trovato un taxi per noi, molto per il nostro sollievo. Il dipartimento frontale è addestrato a fare tutte le domande giuste, rimanendo calmo. Inoltre hanno aiutato a ricevere il mio bagaglio trasferito da un altro hotel. Tutto in tempo e accuratamente. Ha meritato una 6 stelle per questo servizio eccezionale. L'atmosfera dell'hotel ha un effetto calmante, perché è buio ma illuminato sulle aree che dovete vedere. Non abbiamo alcun problema anche se alcune persone lo hanno commentato.Grande posizione La dimensione della camera è confortevole e considerata una dimensione giusta, in realtà, leggermente più grande e ben pianificata. La colazione ha una buona diffusione. Pensa sia bello aprire al 6.30 am, perché dà il massimo tempo per un inizio precoce. Molto raccomandato per coppie e famiglie.

1. Ok Location - 25mins walk away to Namba shopping belt. In the hotel’s vicinity, there are plenty of restaurants and the nearest tube station Honmachi (Midosoji line) ~7mins walk away. Easy to get around. 2. Amenities and comfort of room - comfortable bed. Plenty of extras at the reception level. PJs and room slippers provided. 3. Cleanliness - light cleaning provided ie no change of bedsheets etc and no one to make your bed. I found dried blood stains on the bed that I could see underneath my white bedsheets. Major yucks. Overall, value for money for travellers on short stays and small luggage.
