Hotel con parcheggio a Ormond Beach

We have stayed here every year when we go to FL on vacation for 20+ years running and though this year they only had one elevator working of the two, causing long waits at times I was still pleased to see the rooms had undergone some renovations. The balcony sliding glass doors have been replaced and the black out curtain is also new. The room we had was clean and they have a new alarm clock on the table between the beds that has two UBS ports on them making it easy to be able to recharge your cell phones. They have taken out the stove tops and the upper cabinets in the kitchenettes, but since we hardly ever cooked in the room it was not a big deal to us anyway. They still have the full size fridge and every room has a microwave that can be used to reheat leftovers. Our shower worked very well and the internet was very good. In previous years this hotel was under management by a different GM but recently one of the former GMs has returned and when he was there before the place ran very smoothly. I know this person will correct all the things the previous manager left undone and if given time he will have this hotel back to being #1 on the best value list for hotels in Ormond Beach.

Stayed in the south tower and had a great stay. I believe room had been recently renovated, and everything appeared to be pretty new and freshly painted. Staff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance when we came across them in the hallway. Really only complaint is the coffee maker was a pain to use (no carafe and you had to hold in a button under the brew compartment to use it) and after one day we just ran to Dunkin across the street. Minor issue and didn't deter from a great stay at a nice property. Will definitely look to stay here again next year for Speedweeks.

I have travelled extensively, all over the world, and this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. In the first room they put us in, the deadbolt didn't work and the mini fridge door wouldn't seal because there was so much ice built up in the freezer section that the freezer door wouldn't close, which didn't allow the main door to close properly. That room had a shared balcony and we asked to be moved to a room with a private balcony, which they did with no upgrade charge, but other than having a second bed which we didn't need and a kitchenette area, it really wasn't an upgrade. The overhead light didn't work, the front door rattled when the back slider was open, the seat on the rolling chair was worn off, there was a hole in the bench at the end of the bed, a piece of the veneer missing from the bed frame, the base of the table on the left side of the king bed was chipped and there was a piece of foam that was supposed to seal the slider door hanging off the frame. The lamp by the double bed didn't work, the phone didn't work and there were no instructions about how to call the front desk, the shower had a rain shower head with not enough pressure and there was no cable remote so no guide channel, making it impossible to see what was on TV. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, there was barely any water pressure, barely any change in temperature no matter what we did and there was not enough counter space. We stayed two nights and the morning after the first night I left a $2 tip for the maid. When we came back at the end of the day the money was gone, but all that had been done was the waste bin in the bathroom had been emptied and there were a few new towels. The bed wasn't made, the empty tissue box that we left outside the door wasn't replaced, there was a coffee maker, with some packets of stirrers, creamer and sugar, but we didn't get new ones after we used the ones that were there, the trash bin in the kitchenette was not emptied, the bath mat was removed and not replaced, one hand towel was taken away and washcloths were left next to the sink outside the bathroom. And if all that wasn't enough... we requested a late checkout for 11 and had brought our big suitcases down to the car right around 11 and were planning to go back up for the rest of our stuff before checking out. We were gone less than 5 minutes and when I got back up to the room there were two people in the room, a man and a woman and I discovered that they had started going through our stuff! They said they thought we had checked out and left the items there, but they must have gone in there no more than 2 or 3 minutes after we walked out of the room and we hadn't officially checked out yet. If someone has JUST left a room, and not even officially checked out yet, and there is still stuff in there, I would think someone going in would say oh, maybe they're coming back for the rest, I'll give them 5 or 10 minutes and then if they don't come back,

Took a trip during spring break, my bad. Looking for a place to spend 2 nights ocean front that would not cost an arm and a leg. Happened to mention this while at a local shop/store and the lady at the establishment suggested we try Chateau Mar Beach Resort. So glad we did. We had an ocean front room for under $80 a night. As I mentioned earlier we were at the beach during spring break so yes, it was loud at night but when we turned on the fan it helped to drowned out the noise and we slept. The bed was comfortable, had seating inside and outside of room to dine at should we desire, also had a regular size refrigerator. The water pressure was acceptable. For the money I think we lucked out. This is an older place so if you want all of the bells and whistles this is not for you. If you want a nice place to lay down your head at night, have a coffee right outside your door this is the place. This place is on the beach, what more can you ask for:) Would definately stay here again.

Finalmente un hotel mette il valore alla soddisfazione dei clienti. Qui è attualmente eliminato l'intero vecchio rottame dal predetentore (Days Inn, tipicamente gestito in basso dopo vari cambiamenti di nome .... ) e scambiato con nuovi materiali (bagno, pavimento aria condizionata, ecc) . Il colazione non era molto, ma il personale è carino, la posizione è super e la piscina è sufficiente. Ci rimettiamo qui, certamente. My husband and I stayed there for just 2 nights - we usually stay in South Daytona but thought we would give Ormond Beach a try. We thought it was great - great location, the rooms have been redone and are clean and spacious, we asked for , and got, a ground floor room so we only had to step out of the room and we were just steps away from the pool and the beach. The breakfast room is being renovated so there is a grab and go breakfast - it's more than anyone needs. breakfast sandwiches for the microwave, fruit, oatmeal, Danish or cupcakes, a fiber bar, and of course, coffee and water. I want to personally thank Jackie at the front desk. After we had gotten home we realized that we had left a cooler in the room. We were only home a little while when Jackie called to tell us they found the cooler. A lot of other places would have just kept it or thrown it away - but Jackie went out of her way to send the cooler back to us. I really appreciate the kind service and will definitely stay there next time we are going that direction... I have seen complaints about the renovation noise -- We only heard some banging during the day when we went into the room to change from the beach. There was never any noise early in the morning or late at night and during the day most people are either at the pool, beach, or sightseeing. No problem - when would those complainers like the work to be done?!? We were even able to see the rocket launch from outside our room....
