Chateau Mar Beach Resort

Super chill, clean and safe.. this is one of my favorite "cost conscious" lodging options on the A1A. The property is a bit older but maintained and clean, each experience I have had with the front desk staff has been jovial and pleasant. Staff is easy to communicate with and the property is within walking distance to the 7-11, Pizza Hut, ABC Store and Surf Style shop.

It is nothing like we expected. The rooms looked like they were furnished from someone’s house. We got woke up at 7am to someone next door playing the guitar very loudly. Overall clase to the beach stores restraints etc. but it’s a no for me

The manager was really great. We got there really late and he was still able to check me in fast. The hotel was really nice and the beds are comfortable. It’s right on the ocean too. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful. Room was perfect for what we needed. Tevin was very accommodating. We have stayed in many hotels and resorts off of Atlantic Ave but this one was one of the best. We will be returning.

Dirty room, dirty bathroom with ants on counter , air conditioner not cold , only warm water in shower no hot water. Not enough towels for three day stay. Had to ask for more towels and soap dispensers were empty in shower

If you're looking for a hot breakfast and hot shower - you won't find it here. This hotel is so run down it's not even funny. Luckily we never saw any bugs like other reviews I read AFTER staying here. But there were holes in doors, the furniture was visibly old and rough, the cleanliness was horrible. There was dust all over the bathroom, it's like no one had ever taken a duster to the baseboards or light fixtures. Late at night we had some drunk people knock on our door which scared us to the point of moving the full sized fridge over the adjoining door to the room beside us. I guess it was nice to have the full sized fridge for this reason. I had a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. We stayed during a cold rainy weekend so the outside temperatures were around 50 degrees but the heat in the room also didn't work and there were no extra bed blankets. The bed was however comfortable and the lady at the front desk was very lovely. We would definitely not stay here again unless they do some MAJOR renovations and upgrades. There was also a creepy truck parked in the side parking lot and a guy was always in it.

The hotel needs serious cleaning, paint and repairs. Especially during Daytona Bike Week it was pretty pricey for what it offers.

Very charming, The way each room is at a an angle gives you the impression that you have a private view of the ocean. The staff is wonderful professional yet courteous and inviting. The rooms are large. And very clean. I like this charming hotel and will bring my family back again.

Although a little dated the property is in decent shape. Overflow parking on the road to the beach helps if you get in late from being out. The staff is hard-working and fairly efficient for the responsibilities they have. All appliances worked, and the TV and cable was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The pool and grounds are well-maintained. The only hiccup was the plastic entry keys which I had to bring back to the desk on three occasions because they wouldn't open my door consistently.
