Double Trees è sempre un bell'hotel in cui soggiornare e i biscotti gratuiti e il check-in o ogni volta che lo chiedi sono sempre un piacere delizioso. Per questo giorno abbiamo scoperto che non c'era davvero nulla intorno all'hotel per quanto riguarda altri ristoranti, anche se è molto vicino all'universale e hanno un bus navetta che era comodo, alla fine ci siamo trasferiti in un posto vicino che aveva molti altri ristoranti nei dintorni , le camere erano pulite e le aree della piscina. Bello, il cibo del ristorante era buono anche se un po' caro se si desidera utilizzare l'area della piscina, penso che potrebbe essere una scelta eccellente.

this hotel is in a great location with free shuttle back and forth the universal area. There is an iride that takes you to the outlet and eat-out area that is pretty buzzling. there is no requirement to drive. If you love walking, this is really convenient location with supermart within 10 mins walking distance. *Impt: for international travelers *

The hotel was super clean and updated. Front staff was very friendly and it was quiet and we slept great. We came for Howl O Scream at Seaworld and expected there to be a shuttle available. They only had a shuttle for 30 minutes free after the event started so we ended up driving to a Seaworld and paying $30 to park as well as paying the fee to park at the hotel. They say it’s a 10 minute walk that is a lie and there is no good way to get there on foot. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle service especially when you are a Seaworld preferred hotel. The breakfast was so busy and unorganized, we had to wait for everything, they ran out of yogurt they ran out of eggs twice before we got to it. It was just not very good overall in my opinion. Not a lot of selection either. Overall good trip but beware they only have morning shuttle services to Seaworld

Questo resort è assolutamente sorprendente dal personale alle strutture. Mi sentivo molto comodo qui come un primo viaggio solo. Ho ricevuto messaggi di testo giornalieri dal personale che mi hanno fatto entrare, che mi apprezzavano tanto. Mi piaceva lì. Certo, io vado all'hotel ogni volta che visito Orlando!

La cassaforte era rotta e abbiamo aspettato 40 min che qualcuno venisse a vederla Lo scivolo della piscina non l’hanno mai aperto. Il rapporto di prezzo è particolarmente alto. Il guaio può dire che i materiali sono molto meglio delle foto. La posizione geografica è migliore per il trasporto. La nostra stanza può ancora vedere il fuoco di Epcot la sera!C'è un piccolo piatto di pinzetto per cena, è così sorprendente!

Non so cosa sarebbe successo prima di andare. Sono sorpreso che questo servizio hotel sia entusiasta, cibo delizioso, ambiente bello e strutture complete, consiglio di prenotare questa casa quando venite a Orlando

It didn’t start out well at the beginning. Property is huge but took awhile to check in due to long lines. After getting checked in and going to room on the other side and making it to the 17th floor, realized the key wasn’t working. I had to go all the way back down and wait in line another 30 minutes to address the issue. It was really annoying that I had to wait this long to get help with a simple issue. The room was nice and comfortable and had a great view but I noticed food on one of the pillows. I didn’t bother to alert staff. I just didn’t use that particular pillow. Aside from this, I think the food choices at Descend 21, could be much better. Th fries were overcooked but burger was just ok. Pool area was amazing!!! I could have stayed there all day! Hotel is also in a great area.
