They are lovely, I always enjoy my Stay here... The staff is always so nice and accomodating.. Will always go out of my way to stay here

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the pool is heated. If I could change one thing it would be the eggs. Why hotels think we like powered eggs or any that aren’t real is beyond me. Everything else was good. Oh and my frig wasn’t working.

I spent 1 night with my family and everything was excellent, comfortable beds, very good cleaning, very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Overall 8/10. First the staff was top shelf. Very polite, very knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. We were in town for surgery for my 13-year-old daughter the hospitals right across the street extremely convenient and I believe the staff understood why we were there. They were extremely calm very polite, professional trying to make her laugh could not have asked for staff that day. With Hotel, looking fairly new some of the condition of the furniture not so much it was clean. We had no problems with cleanliness shower was clean. That sheets were clean floors were clean. It just seemed a little dingy. Felt very safe parking even though we were downtown did not see any issues at all with that. The hot tub in the pool were open and that area was also cleaned. It just seems like to me the hotel itself could use some sprucing up. That’s why I rated it eight out of 10. But when we have to come back for more surgeries for my daughter, we will be more than happy to stay again

The jacuzzi and pool is located right in the front of the property near the downtown streets. That I did not like.

Great place not what I expected at all. Staff was super friendly. It is a great place for me to get to any destinations in Orlando.

Check in was very good. Had to request a change of rooms due to a "funky smell" got second room but it still smelled "off". Actually the whole of 2nd floor had a weird smell. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though. Breakfast was good with a lot of selection. Employees were great throughout our stay. Hotel is older and maybe the smell were just age related.
