Recommend staying as it is not far from all the attractions. Get 1 morning and 1 evening shuttle to Universal and it is about $10 for a lyft to the drop/pickup location. $24 to the airport and $20 to international drive and down town. Breakfast was alright but convient before leaving in the morning.

Hotel carino e servizio in generale soddisfacente. Mancano opzioni per celiaci alla colazione. Le camere sono molto rumorose. Abbiamo avuto un vicino di stanza che ha urlato tutta la notte e non ci ha lasciato dormire.

This is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled. The receptionist was very nice and professional. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The bedding seemed clean thankfully but the rest of the place needs a lot of work. The room needed a deep cleaning desperately. All the seating, carpet, and curtains were stained. Staff was fine. Breakfast was fine. Parking was free (a big bonus in this area) but this places needs a refurb and a good scrub down.

Very nicely maintained property. Very clean throughout the hotel premises. The breakfast was excellent! The breakfast area does get very crowded on weekends - so, going there earlier in the morning can help avoid the crowds. The staff is also very nice and friendly.

Front desk staff needs more training. They were helpful but talking in Spanish among themselves which I don't know. I feel its rude when you talk in your language when the customer does not know that language.
There was HEAP of garbage at front gate which is NOT welcoming!

The only thing that i can think of good in this hotel was the breakfast. Everything else not so good. The room itself is old and feels dirty. The bathtub has rust on it, but the main thing why am i giving this hotel 1 star is because, i did not get much sleep that night due to a loud noise. I tried to talk to the attendant at front about it, he said its coming from the ice maker above the room. He said they are just going to unplug it. Its already 3AM and me my family can still hear the noise. They did not resolve the issue at all.My room number was 211. So if you wanna stay on this hotel, make sure they don't give you the room 211 or else it will be a nightmare. I will never booked again in this hotel and will not recommend to anybody.

We found staff VERY friendly. Check in and check out were easy. Breakfast included in room rate was great so was staff that tended to the area cleaning and replenishing without being asked. Our biggest issue was the comfort of the bedding, while it gave a desired "luxe" appearance, we found the mattress VERY hard and pillows a bit undersized and soft. In addition, the tv should be upgraded to allow for streaming apps. We were constantly scrolling through the channels to find the news channels. There were HBO channels available but with no viewing guide, there was no way to know what was available to watch.
