It is no longer called country suites it is called jumani inn and it is not very clean everything is broke and I would not stay there and please don’t bring your family you will be disappointed!!

The hotel is very well located, I love the fact they have kitchen in the room! Ver spacious! The breakfast is regular American breakfast, don’t expect too much.

Péssima experiência! Chegamos no hotel e o recepcionista nos atendeu mal, chegamos no quarto e ele estava sujo e bagunçado, ao invés de duas casas, tinha só uma cama e sofá. Além do mais, o hotel está em reforma, completa bagunça. Única coisa boa é a localização, não indico.

Entiendo que está en remodelación pero la maguina del aire ase un ruido fuerte por lo demás todo muy bien

Property is currently under renovations. A lot of moving parts and some basic services sometimes do not work. The staff is awesome.

For the price I think is a pretty good deal. I read other review about the water heater and the air conditioning was not working; that was not my experience, everything was working perfectly. I wish I had the “ do not disturb” sign so that they would not come in to the room to clean. The breakfast was pretty average for the United States but I think the presentation can improve; I did not appreacited boiled egg served cool, the first day the omelette was dried and cool.. Service given by the front desk was very friendly; even though there was so little the things that bothered me; I would recommend this place for next stays

The hotel is under renovations. Saw two bugs. They didn’t clean the bathroom, just put towels and did beds. The fridge smelled awful. Breakfast wasn’t that great and one of the cinnamon rolls had mold in it. One of the blankets had stains. The sofa bed was uneven and slanted. DO NOT stay here!

Mostly my complaint is about the cleaning services. In my 10 days staying i had to request to clean the room, to make the beds, to give me clean towels, to take the garbage away. Otherwise this was not done, the bed sheets were never replaced for fresh ones on my entire 10 days staying. I was never told that there was a construction going on, the oool was close. Etc.

I personally liked it because of it’s spacious environment. It’s a great place for big families, it has a working kitchen and big beds.

We liked the value, especially compared to everything else around. We wish the breakfast would have been heated up. The food was cold.

On the first night we had to take a cold shower. On the second night I had to insist on changing rooms so we wouldn't have to take a cold shower again. Housekeeping and cleaning do not exist in the rooms. The maid took away our dirty towels and didn't replace them. The breakfast was very poor, the same things every day and they didn't replace them unless we asked. Everything was old. The hotel was under renovation and nothing was working properly. They are definitely not prepared to receive guests.
