Villa De Babat is located very close to the airport, within walking distance, which is super convenient. The staff were all very friendly, and the little garden was beautiful and relaxing. It’s definitely a top choice for a vacation in Batanes. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t very cold, and I had to keep it on 24/7—made me a bit worried about the owner’s electricity bill! Haha. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel.

Has a nice garden to relax in. Free transportation from airport despite being less than 5 minutes from airport. Helpful staff.

Booked as a package with another 2 rooms. Stay quite pleasant.

A very cozy place to live while in Batanes. Walking distance to the airport, and one of the few accommodations with pool. Definitely worth the money.

Nice hotel and they're kind

Everything is so perfect. Simple and people are really nice. Everything is neat, except the comforter is a little dusty. I have hyper sensitive skin and one of my top allergen is dust and so I have been scratching all the time. I guess if you are not as sensitive as I am you will not feel the same. I will still go back here if I have a choice because it is just located at the back of the airport. I love the proximity and accuracy in the description.

Excellent seWe stay here for 2 night and rooms was very good, near airport so easy go go there. The service family/staff was very kindly and do everything with a smile. The reason for not the 5 star is the breakfast. Only 4 toastbread with magarine plus 1 fried eeg, and that was very basic

Quite near the airport. They arranged transport when I arrived and departed. The place is homey, with a beautiful garden and lots of plants everywhere (inside and outside). The folks who run and manage the place were also very helpful and went put of their way to accomodate me. Breakfast is good and there would sometimes give one a choice. I had longganisa, then the one-day-old fish, etc. The room is clean and aircon working well. I found it quite dark though even with all the lights on plus the lamps. I couldn’t open the curtains that time because of the extreme heat. Also, limited choice on channels in the TV. Wifi is good and coverage of local telcos like Smart and Globe are strong. Bathroom is ok , spacious enough and there’s hot water. The water in the pool, though, looked murky. It’s not exactly near the center and most restaurants or stores. They provided two mobile numbers to call for tricycle but something went wrong from Day 2 onwards.

Villa de Babat one of the best stay in Batanes. Just few walks by Batanes Airport 3 mins. By city proper around 10 mins. We stayed there 6 days. It super incredible place. Room was spacious and also bathroom. Swimming pool is great after tour you can enjoy it. Price is middle for great comfort and relaxation. Ate Evelyn, kuya Noel and sisters ate Lani and ate Irene and also the cook I forgot his name will take good care of you. Everything you ask they will do their best. Especially when we celebrate wedding anniversary there. I ask them only the day when was there. They are super generous to accomplish it. Bravo bravo. We are teary eyed. The a/c is also super cold that sometime we turn it off. You never regret to stay there. And to recommend it. We will back there again soon. Dios Mamajes Villa de Babat.

I really liked it there. It has welcoming staff and good food, free wifi, with beautiful scenery. They have pool too (not advised to go at night because there is noisy crickets) and a little golf area. It is nearest lodging house to the airport. Again, the staff is very very nice and treats you like family. When you go to the lobby and a staff sees you, they’ll great you with a warm “good morning” to lighten up your day. It is a really nice place too. Each room (maybe? haven’t checked all but saw some) is a different layout which makes it special to your stay. I hope to go there again too. It’s really nice! 💗 SIDE NOTES: • as it Batanes, remember the wifi isn’t very fast. but, some areas have high signal but only for SMART users. (sorry GLOBE users!) • when you want to play the golf, the golf clubs (golf sticks or whatever you like to call it) is behind the mirror in the lobby.

Accommodation is very near the airport so you certainly won't miss your flight. Food from their in-house restaurant is excellent especially the fern salad and the flying fish that they serve for breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. You can even ask them to already avail the included breakfast upon arrival since you'll probably arrive at Basco early in the morning. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Batanes.
