Evermore Orlando Resort

This review reflects my 6-night stay in 2BR Villa. Prep & Check-in: Prior to the stay we received many emails about paying the remainder of the bill despite already paying in full initially, which is odd. Evermore has an app, that will assist you in setting up optional "Easy Pass" for check-in which will give you a QR code to scan at arrival gate. The app is not user friendly. You can make an account, add guests, but it continues to ask for your reservation number, removes guests and wants you to update it repeatedly. That being said I would attempt to complete the pre-check-in per directions you will receive in emails. Having the QR code to scan made check-in extremely easy, the door lock pass code and Villa location was sent via text message and was seamless. Our villa was ready by 12p. There are 2 gate entrances, one entrance has much better signage as to specific villa locations than the other. We found villa numbers more helpful than actual names of roads. 2BR Villa - We were a villa in 1400s (Pride Court Section) which was right across from Lagoon/Slide entrance and just a few steps to villa pool and 2 hot tubs. Great location with simple parking. The villa itself though was dated, hard to tell what they actually may have "refreshed" since remodel. Kitchen was complete with all utensils. Washer and Dryer combo and they give you laundry/dishwasher tabs. Air conditioner was perfect. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very nice terrace area overlooking pond/golf area. Huge dining room table, enough for 8 people. Soaking tubs looked lovely but only one had a working drain, the other wouldn't hold water. Rainfall showers with body jets were great. Wi-Fi was quite spotty - in our villa we had limited connection while in the kitchen areas and would have to move around to get the better access. Pros: Many windows, vaulted ceilings, great view, and spacious. Cons: Dated and damaged furniture. There were many stickered dots throughout villa so Evermore is aware that things are damaged or not working and still allows you to pay full price without fixing items prior to stay. Poor painting and carpet work - obvious chips, drips, and just overall poor painting and carpet work throughout. Clearly not deep cleaned. Many dead bugs, months of dust and other guest's wrappers in the kitchen. We are realistic (Being Florida) and did see some live bugs that we took care of, but the dead bugs should not be there. Some of the terrace doors were dated/old wood had gaps that let in the bugs and lizard/gecko type friends that while I am not afraid of, is not what is expected when a booking high end resort. Amenities: The Lagoon is beautiful as in pictures. Many lifeguards and staff at lagoon/slide and looks like a lot of fun for families. The Villa pool had no staff at all, appeared unkempt with weeks of leaves and branches around area. The pool itself was warm and very clean. 2 villa hot tubs looked dated but clean. Evermore Resort is truly the destination for large families and groups. I’m always on the lookout for places that cater well to bigger gatherings, and Evermore does just that. The accommodations are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. This is a huge plus for anyone traveling with a group! One of the most convenient features of Evermore Resort is the hassle-free payment system, which allows for splitting the bill amongst multiple parties. This makes vacationing so much easier, as it eliminates any awkwardness or confusion when it comes to settling the costs. I LOVED that it is extremely close to all of the well-known amusement parks in Orlando. It would be the perfect place to stay when our family needs breaks between amusement park visits. I also loved the service provided at the pool and cabana. It made it easier for the family to really enjoy our chill pool day. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-family vacation, or just a large gathering of friends, Evermore Resort provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free group getaway!

Just got back from a wonderful time at Evermore. A perfect option when visiting Orlando. Our 4 bedroom lagoon facing flat was very spacious (all bedrooms with en-suites), clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view and an evening cocktail watching the Disney Fireworks.We felt like we were in the Caribbean and not in Orlando. The toiletries are luxurious and housekeeping were helpful. Staff were very attentive and friendly. All the team were helpful and the food at Landings was excellent. The resort grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the entertainment that was put on and my children loved playing in the sand and going on the Kayaks and Paddle Boards when not at Disney. It was the perfect location to venture to the Disney parks, having the luxury and space to relax rather than being cooped up in a hotel room. It was also nice to be able to get food from landings or cook ourselves and eat in our wonderful appointed kitchen and lounge after a long day of walking or activities at Evermore. We miss Evermore and probably has made the trip unforgetable. The MD Wally is a true gentleman and delightful to talk to. We hope to return and strongly recommend this amazing place for oversees visitors.

The only way to describe this resort is off the charts. Was here with my entire family for 10 days on a holiday program. From the first person you meet at the gate to the waterfront staff and the people who do the housekeeping and everyone in between,I must say each one was nicer and more courteous than the other. We stayed in the flats with the most magnificent view possible. These 4 bedroom flats were done so beautifully. Just pack lite because not much hanging or storage space. This resort is a must visit.

Evermore was different than anywhere we’ve ever stayed near Disney. What we loved the most was the newness and scenery of the beautiful Bay and its soft white sand to walk through every day. It wasn’t crowded at all. They planned the layout extremely well. Disappointed that they don’t offer shuttles to the parks.

Amazing all around, only recommendation is to allow room charge from the restaurants so guests don’t have to carry a card around

As a customer who recently faced an unimaginable tragedy, I feel compelled to share my disheartening experience with Evermore Resort. In the wake of losing my daughter and mother within a span of two months, I turned to the resort for understanding and flexibility in canceling my reservation. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a complete lack of compassion and a rigid adherence to policies that prioritize profit over empathy. When I contacted the company to explain my situation and request a cancellation with a refund of the one night's deposit, I was met with a cold and unsympathetic response. Despite the deeply traumatic circumstances I was facing, the resort refused to budge, citing their cancellation policy as justification for denying my request. This refusal to accommodate my request for a refund in the face of such profound grief is not only disappointing but also callous. It speaks volumes about the company's priorities and their disregard for the human element behind each reservation. I implore anyone considering booking with Evermore to think twice. Beyond their amenities and offerings, it is crucial to consider the values and principles that guide a company's actions. In my darkest hour, Evermore failed to extend even a modicum of compassion, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded. I call upon Evermore to reassess their policies and recognize the importance of empathy and understanding in times of crisis. It is not enough to hide behind rigid rules; true hospitality requires a willingness to listen, empathize, and extend kindness when it is needed most. I urge the management to do the right thing and reconsider their decision, offering a full refund as a gesture of goodwill and compassion. To those reading this review, I urge you to consider the implications of supporting a company that prioritizes profit over people. Let us hold them accountable and demand better trea**ent for customers facing difficult circumstances.

Great resort! We stayed a short weekend for a birthday celebration and wished we could have stayed longer. We rented a cabana the day we checked in til our room was ready and to our surprise it was ready before 4 pm which was great! The room was fabulous, everything new, well organized, had plenty of space. We reserved a 4 bedroom flat with lagoon view and we were truly impressed. The cabana service was awesome, the water in the lagoon was quite chilly. Maybe when the weather hits temperatures at 98 degrees, that lagoon will be just fine. Everyone from guest service agents, to servers, and maintenance technician were all GREAT and very friendly!

My family and I just returned from a week long stay at Evermore Orlando Resort and we couldn’t have been more impressed. We stayed in a beautiful 4 bedroom flat and it was perfect for our needs. The Evermore had so much to offer for our young family. The kids loved the pools, playing in the sand at Evermore Bay and they couldn’t get enough of all of the water activities. The restaurants were delicious and the on site market was perfect for staple items for the week. This resort is so close to the parks, yet worlds away. We can’t wait to come back again soon!
