L'hotel dispone di parcheggio gratuito. Ci vogliono solo 10 minuti per raggiungere gli Universal Studios. È molto conveniente. Ci sono publix nelle vicinanze, cibi integrali, supermercati Wal-Mart e molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Ho ordinato una suite d'albergo. Le strutture all'interno sono un po' vecchie, ma sono ancora molto pulite. Il frigorifero, il microonde e i fornelli sono tutti disponibili. Non è un problema fare cose semplici da soli. La colazione viene servita molto presto. Dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 7:00 alle 8:30, scendi al lunch box. Ci sono colazioni calde, frutta, yogurt e così via. Nel complesso è un hotel con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Molto bene! Il personale è molto gentile e utile. La piscina è molto bello e pulito. Il colazione è delizioso. Le camere sono così comode e le attrazioni sono fantastiche. AC è molto buono. Solo la macchina del caffè è rotta, e il personale lo cambia e ci dà per il nostro tè di richiesta!

Viaggiamo spesso a Orlando e ci piace sempre il nostro soggiorno al Rosen. Questa volta si è sentito un po' fuori, forse perché ci sono tante convenzioni in corso. Il nostro check-in è stato ritardato e avremmo dovuto aspettare più tempo per la nostra camera da letto del Re. Abbiamo scelto di prendere una camera da 2 regina sul piano del lobby. Quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza abbiamo imparato che era una stanza di disabilità. Abbiamo deciso di rimanere comunque. Le tende nella nostra stanza sono state rimosse e non si sono chiuse correttamente. La macchina del ghiaccio non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto salire 3 piani per ottenere il ghiaccio. Solo che il soggiorno era ok. Abbiamo sempre goduto il mercato al livello inferiore. Sono molto opzioni per mangiare costosi e i loro dipendenti sono sempre amici.

Beware!!! Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience here at Rosen Centre. I booked through Booking.com one room with a king size bed. Upon my arrival to the hotel, I was asked for my credit card and ID which were provided. I was then asked if I had any preference regarding the floor level and I requested a higher floor, furthest away from the elevator. I would think this would be a great time to inform a Guest the room they selected was not available, but this information was not relayed. Once check in was completed and I arrived at the assigned room, I realized quickly the room had two queen beds not the single king size bed I had previously booked on 4.4.2023. After speaking with the front desk, I was informed rooms with king size beds were available on a first come basis and are subject to availability. I thought perhaps I missed this information and double checked the booking.com website and also the Rosen Centre Hotel website directly; this information is not reflected on either and also not in the terms and conditions. The young lady stated the information should be there but admitted it was not when I requested to be shown where. It is my Husband and I anniversary weekend, and I had secured a company to decorate the room with a certain color sheets, balloons, champagne, etc. Due to this fiasco, they do not have the correct size sheets, and the decor is insufficient as they were prepared for a king bed only. Although the lady at the front desk was very nice and professional, informing a Guest there is no accommodation that can be made or any type of concession to be offered due to what I deem a major inconvenience, is unacceptable. A drink card, a dinner coupon, a cup of coffee, etc.; nothing was offered! I will follow up with Rosen Centre Corporate office as if this is the policy as I was advised, this important information should be reflected on the website so Guests are made aware prior to booking and/or checking in. An hour into what was supposed to be a romantic evening, instead, very disappointed to say the least.

Durante il nostro soggiorno è stato tutto fantastico, incluso avere il ristorante aperto fino alle 23:00 è stato molto comodo. La camera era bella e sembrava aggiornata, tuttavia il bagno aveva un cattivo odore e lo scarico della doccia era un po' lento, ma nel complesso era buono.
