The hotel room view outside the window is good. It's a central place and easy to go to different tourist spots in ooty, good place for shopping, the hotel does not have in house restaurant so swiggy only, bad bed for executive couple room

Hotel Stay Feedback:
The overall stay was decent. The rooms were comfortable, but the cleanliness of the linens could have been better. We requested a change, and the staff responded swiftly, which we appreciated. The service was prompt, but attention to detail in housekeeping could be improved. With a little more focus on cleanliness, the experience would be much better.

earlier I visited this hotel, I found this hotel's ambience and the hotel staff are friendly. that's why I visited the same hotel again. nothing changed hotel same as it previously.

Location is good food is also good.
For superior room terrace view is nice.
No wifi in standard room which is unacceptable.
In superior room also wifi is almost unusable.
When booking is with wifi not having wifi is unacceptable
