The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was modern and clean, they offered breakfast however my flight was scheduled for 7:00am and I left before 6:00 when breakfast was available.

Sono stato a questo hotel poche volte e sono soddisfatto di tutto. Ci sono alcuni membri del personale che purtroppo non sono davvero amichevoli. Nell'ultima volta che ero stato il nostro condizionatore d'aria non funzionava e abbiamo avuto una terribile notte. Dove non si può accogliere con noi.

Okay, so where do I start? I have a Gold Elite Bonvoy member and have been for many years. I reserved a King Suite room on the top floor Club Level with access to the Club. which was a paid upgrade. I have reserved the Club level many times over the years at Bonvoy Properties, so I know what to expect and what it usually has to offer. Besides a respite from the hectic days, there is generally some decent food and drinks served there too. This is the absolutely and positively by far, hands down the WORST Sheraton Hotel that I have stayed at. The first issue that caught my attention was the absence of any USB charging ports in the rooms, including the top floorKing Suits. When as inquired about this at the front desk I was told that they didn't have them in any of the rooms. I asked them to have the manger call me and that never happened. When I checked in I choose to have the room cleaned daily. The next day my room was cleaned and restocked when I returned from all day meetings. The second day when I returned after 4:00 pm my room had not been cleaned, so I went to the front desk because they didn't answer the phone after 15 rings. When I asked if my room was going to be cleaned today, I was told that they don't clean rooms every day. They then asked me if I wanted it cleaned and I declined because I planned on staying in my room and ordering room service for dinner. The option on the app was daily cleaning or 500 points so I choose daily cleaning. What hotels of this caliber have you ever stayed at that you had to go to the Bar/Restaurant to pick up your food after ordering it through room service? I was told that they would call me back to say it is ready to be picked up. Really? Now the quality of the food was horrid, and I was unable to eat most of it. since it was cold and nasty looking. I had ordered Kung Pau chicken with vegetables over white rice. The only vegies in that dish were bell peppers and two very small pieces of carrot. I did eat the brownie and ice-cream desert because I had to eat. As for the ”Club” This was even a bigger letdown. The first time I went there on the second day after my meeting to get a bite, there were three 1/4 turkey sandwiches left on the tray at around 6:00 pm along with some kind of cucumber salad and a green salad. Of course, there were a few Pepsi's, some small mini water bottles, a few root beers and some sprite knockoff drinks in the fridge. I did not eat breakfast since I was out of there too early each day. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and saw that they had a food line similar to what you get at a Hampton Inn. No Thanks! The final night I stopped by the Club to give it another chance and for some food since I returned before the put the food out. Mushy Orange Chicken and Mushy Broccoli Beef and some cold white rice. The only think I consumed there that was tasty was the ”Kirkland” trail mix, which was 4x the price. Let's see what else I remember... Tub/Shower valve

Molto bene. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento rumoroso. La mia grande denuncia è la mancanza di rigore per la pulizia. Ci sono stati un po' di capelli fini come cani/cat su le foglie e si sono legati a tutti i miei vestiti. Che altro potrebbe essere stato impuro?

Mi piaceva il modo in cui la stanza era fuori insieme. Mi sentivo molto domestica. Mi sentivo davvero pulito e bello. E i piatti e l'argento erano già puliti e tutto.

La colazione era terribile e ovviamente il covid ha causato la chiusura del bar, dell'happy hour e della piscina. Ma il prezzo non è sceso. Fa schifo per noi che siamo stati viziati prima del covid. Tutto il resto è stato fantastico. Buon anno
