Hotel vicini a Vineyard Park a Ontario

Venire negli Stati Uniti, questa è la terza volta che scegliere l'hotel.La posizione complessiva è particolarmente buona. L'altra parte è il centro commerciale di Ontario Mills. I amici che amano fare shopping possono camminare direttamente. L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono e l'igiene è molto buona.

La stanza non era pulita, la maggior parte dei mobili erano posti aperti, ma anche se abbiamo prenotato una stanza tripla, ci è stata data una letta regina e un divano senza letti. Il telefono in camera non funzionava e ho dovuto tornare alla ricezione per chiedere le foglie e le mutande, mentre quando abbiamo aperto il divano era pieno di cibo e sporco. Anche se annuncia che c'è una navetta gratuita all'aeroporto, durante il nostro soggiorno non c'è stata alcuna navetta e dobbiamo andare all'aeroporto.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. Mio marito ed io stiamo qui abbastanza spesso. Sempre pulito, bella cacca pulita e davvero eccezionale da quando hanno ricominciato a servire la colazione che include waffle e bacon e tutte le altre basi per la colazione! Non abbiamo bambini, quindi abbiamo sempre il nostro chihuahua di 5 libbre, molto ben educato e il personale la riconosce sempre. Sebbene l'area in sé non sia il massimo, hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro nel tenere lontani coloro che non pagano gli ospiti. Ci sono 2 cose su cui devono lavorare, quali sono le lavanderie. Hanno installato un nuovo sistema a cui puoi accedere tramite un'app e aiuta a evitare di dover avere quarti, ma non funziona correttamente e molto incoerente che è lo stesso delle loro macchine per il ghiaccio. Forse la loro attrezzatura deve essere aggiornata nel tentativo di tenere il passo e funzionare con questa nuova tecnologia. Se riescono a risolvere il problema, otterrebbero 5 stelle perfette da parte mia.

The room was perfect for all of us, very spacious and benefit of having a microwave/ refrigerator and sink in the room. 

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Buchi di bruciature di sigaretta sulla coperta ma a parte questo nessuna lamentela. Prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo qui.

I had never gone on a trip for more than a week. This trip was for 2 1/2 weeks. So, I packed for a year. LOL😄😄😄 I felt so bad for the staff because they were so kind to help me with my luggage. Thank you for being so patient. My luggage was so heavy. When I weighed my luggage it the airport, one weighed 9 lbs over recommended weight. So, I just want to apologize to your staff. Thank you!!!

Sarebbe stato così facile per questo essere una cinque stelle, ma hanno ancora 4. Come una questione minore: ho usato il nobile controllo in e nonostante dissi sull'app che si può andare direttamente in camera, ho dovuto andare al desktop per controllare il mio ID. Ho usato il controllo mobile tutto il tempo e non ho mai dovuto farlo in altre proprietà. Perche' nemmeno offrire se dovete andare al desk anyway? La stanza era pulita ma più piccola di quanto io sia abituato a Hampton Inn. Tutto era bello, ma non c'era frigo o microonde, entrambi i quali normalmente vedo a Hampton Inns. È stato il normale colazione di Hampton, con una bella sorpresa che avevano deliziose pasticcerie da una cucina locale. C'è un centro commerciale sul parcheggio e due ristoranti a pochi passi da qui, abbiamo cenato nel caldo posto e ci siamo divertiti.

Molto vicino all'aeroporto, posso chiamare per la navetta a tempo.Ho soggiornato brevemente e non ho trovato niente sulla gamma di cammini.La camera è ampia, pulita, caffè, frigorifero, microonde sono tutti. Il odore di acqua è un po'grande quando si apre l'acqua di scarico, e non c'è odore distintivo. C'è un ristorante e un piccolo negozio di autoassistenza sotto, un ragazzo asiatico sta imparando cinese alla reception, molto entusiasta.
