Hotel in zona Haad Rin, Onna

We were here for 4 nights as a couple. Basically we liked our stay very much, but we can not recommend the small bungalows. We stayed in the cheapest bungalow and it was so small that you could not even place the open suitcase. In addition, windows and doors were not tight, so we had many mosquitoes in the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was also right above our heads, so we both caught colds. When using the shower, the whole bathroom floods because the drain is at the other end of the room. Also, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom. But otherwise the room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We especially liked the hotel grounds. It is really in the middle of the beach, there is soft sand everywhere and the restaurant is also right at the water. There is also a pool table and a ping pong table, both of which we used very often. Special praise must be given to the helpful, friendly hotel staff, who were always eager to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the first evening, our window would not close. There were some communication difficulties with the ladies at the reception because they really didn't understand a word of English. In the following days, however, all the ladies at the reception could speak perfect English, which made communication much easier. Nevertheless, the ladies gave us a new room for one night, which was a great relief. Right next to the hotel is a scooter rental. We rented a scooter here, which was really uncomplicated and cheap. In the area there is very cheap and delicious street food, for example at ”Mama Thai Food” or ”Life Style” with super nice owners. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious and there is a choice of several dishes. However, it is ”a la carte” and you can only order one dish. The portion is a bit small for a grown man, so you would actually have to order 2-3 dishes to get full. Even the most expensive breakfast ”Milky Bay Breakfast” includes only 2 slices of toast, 2 fried eggs, a few mushrooms, 2 slices of tomato and a single piece of bacon (?!). Fortunately, free fruit (pineapple or watermelon) is always offered as well, which helps you get a little fuller. Conclusion: if I had to rate our room exclusively, I would only give the resort 2 out of 5 stars. I've slept in beachfront bungalows in Thailand that cost between 10€-20€ per night and were more comfortable and modern than our bungalow (50€ per night). However, due to the fantastic service, the great facility and the nice staff I give 4 out of 5 stars and the following advice: Don't book the smallest, cheapest bungalow! We saw the better rooms from the outside and they looked really big and modern. If we had stayed in such a room, I would have definitely given 5 out of 5 stars!

Buona posizione e buon personale, utile. Conveniente per esplorare l'isola. Camera pulita e facile controllo. Rimasto qui per qualche giorno per esplorare la zona. Vicino a una bella spiaggia e negozi locali. Rimarrei Buono prezzo e facile da prenotare

La struttura è bellissima ed il paesaggio soprattutto al tramonto è meraviglioso, il letto era comodissimo e la quiete serale era da sogno! Come mi manca.... Due appunti però vanno fatti: 1 solo asciugamano per persona è davvero poco. Ho i capelli lunghi ed uscita dalla doccia non avevo un altro asciugamano per raccoglierli. Purtroppo ho.dimenticato il mio accappatoio a casa pertanto dovevo usare quello della piscina. Ne ho chiesto un secondo ma il giorno seguente non mi è più stato rimesso ed avendomi detto che ne danno solo 1 non ho più chiesto ma era davvero scomodo. Inoltre sostituiranno solo 1 asciugamano ad ospite e l'altro no. Avere l'asciugamano bagnato il giorno dopo non va bene, non mi è mai successo. La piscina quando siamo arrivati era in uno stato pietoso. L'acqua era verde, sporca e disgustosa. Abbiamo aspettato per vedere se qualcuno avrebbe pulito ma il giorno seguente ancora nulla. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa in reception, hanno dato una semi pulita ma non era ancora a posto. Il terzo giorno finalmente siamo riusciti ad usarla ma su 4 giorni, 2 l'abbiamo solo guardata e non va bene. C'è il mare ma vista la presenza di cubo meduse letali nella stagione delle piogge, non rischio la vita e preferisco la piscina visto che le uniche reti di protezione contro le meduse sono ad haad rin. Non c'è l'enoteca come in foto ma data l'isola abbiamo compreso il perchè. Se avessimo avuto modo di parlare con il proprietario avremo detto tutto di persona ma magari sarà per un'altra volta perché è un posto favoloso e torneremo sicuramente! La colazione non era male ma poca scelta per vegani.

Bella cena, internet WiFi perfetto. Bella piscina sulla spiaggia. Posso davvero consigliare di mangiare lì sia per gli ospiti che se si passa. Camminare a distanza dai bar, ristoranti e negozi. Ben prezzi per quello che si ottiene, vicino al piatto dove viene e viene la barca, facile trasferimento.

Inizieremo con il personale. Tik e tutta la squadra sono così sorprendenti e non potevamo chiedere un miglior servizio Sadly all'arrivo ci siamo incontrati costruendo lavori dalla zona principale e una piscina che sembrava appena rotta. Le piastre mancanti e mancanti di acqua nelle aree. Abbiamo ricevuto informazioni che a causa di questo essere il mese tranquillo (pre-scuola vacanze ). Questo è l'unico momento per farlo !! Il nostro bagno era gratuito, ma ancora una volta, quanto piacevole poteva essere sentito il rumore di perforazione e il lavoro di costruzione. La direzione che era presente non sembrava riconoscere che questo era un problema per noi. Non l'avrei prenotato se avessi saputo che era seduto su una spiaggia che non potevi entrare. Una zona insoddisfacente a causa di bassi tempi e di urchini marini. Questa era la nostra parte di lusso per la nostra vacanza e purtroppo, oltre al personale, era molto deludente. Avrei dovuto essere informato del disturbo del lavoro di costruzione durante il mio soggiorno e la gestione non ha affrontato questo problema e la manutenzione di un po' di piscina.

Esperienza indimenticabile, relax e giusta dose di avventura consigliataci dalla fantastica proprietaria, Lee, quali trekking e snorkeling. Senza contare dei massaggi Thai consigliatici dove si poteva scegliere tra quelli rilassanti e quelli scrub corpo. Camere sempre perfette, personale impeccabile e cortese. The Bay Villas,  Haad Salad,Koh Phangan, Thailand. I have been visiting Thailand for over 16 years and have travelled to various areas in that time. l have just had an epic Honey Moon stay at Bay Villa, Haad Salad, Koh Pha-ngan! To say we had a fabulous time would be an understatement as it was priceless for so many reasons! Yes the Villa was sensational all round: clean, spacious, great rooms with all the modern facilities you could dream of including a sensational infinity pool overlooking the lovely Haad Salad Beach, privacy, secure, modern, beach access, with great attention to detail. The highlight was the exceptional views.   The staff, the porters, the house keepers & receptionists and l even met the General Manager who were all very helpful and very friendly.  The breakfast set up was of the highest quality, the best l have seen in Thailand. However, the best was their Honeymoon offer, the welcome drinks, the exquisite food, Champagne, native flowers on the tables, benches & all the bed rooms were decorated with flowers and the words “HAPPY HONEY MOON”  spelt out on each bed using native palms.  We felt like royalty & were looked after exceptionally.  This blew us away as l have never seen so much effort in making our stay so very special. From our first email exchange to the good bye early in the morning, Apple was fantastic. She made our stay so comfortable that I would return to Long Bay without hesitation. The beach is secluded, quiet and calm. The bungalows are honest to the photos and 3 stars. Kept very clean and tidy, room cleaning was offered too. The pool was very clean also. Overall a lovely spot with a fantastic customer service. Thumbs up for the driver who drove us around the island always with a smile on his face. Great way to support local business during difficult times with very few tourists.

Потрясающее место. Гостиница расположена на отличном пляже с уникальным мини островком рядом. Номера просторные, современные. Радом есть магазины и рестораны, несмотря на то, что это часть острова отдаленная Жаль что нет лежаков на пляже, только кресла и они платные. Так же не было завтрака-буфета Очень понравилось в этой гостинице, обязательно вернусь ещё. Я остановилась не в отдельном домике, но даже там номер был прекрасным. Удобная кровать, прекрасный вид на горы через огромный балкон. Ванная комната удобная. Есть местные средства для волос и тела.
