The hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good, food was hot. Great place for family, pool was great, the only thing was that the whirlpool was not working. Would definitely staff again.

First thing our room was changed (downgraded) because of our puppy. And was charged the same even though it was less ACCOMODATIONS . The hotel knew in advanced that we had one. ! We travel with him all the time and this never happened before.
Kids were left to run in the halls screaming and slamming doors at night without apparent parent to supervise. Not a good thing after driving all day and trying to rest. Hotel wouldn’t do anything about it.
Only one elevator for a five story hotel.
Toilet kept making bubbling eruption noises all night, fearing it would overflow any minute.
Definitely not recommending or staying again.

Great room, great stay, very clean. Elevator scared us a few times but that’s all. Overall, affordable, comfortable and clean.

Great breakfast! Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Pool was fun for kids but absolutely no ventilation system so very foggy and full of condensation everywhere.

Room was on 5th floor, clean very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was good. Great selection.
Elevators on both ends of hotel, Convenient. Easy parking.

Love this place! Unfortunately we were on the 7th floor and there was a huge chunk of metal looses on the roof that banged loudly in the wind all night . Probably other floors didn’t ever hear it. I would go back anytime, but please fix the roof!!

The hotel was clean and all. Staff very polite. Room Was a very nice size. Did not use the waterpark nor the free breakfast. Cappuccino machine all day was a plus. What I did not like was to much noise in the day with cleaning crew especially early in the morning. Couldn't 😴 sleep in. Also walls are very thin.I
could hear showers and toilets all day and night like it was in my room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

When we arrived the fire truck was just leaving...too much steam in the pool area set off the alarm and was the steam was like that for two days...need to update ventilation i am assuming. Then booked for two nights and was checked out ...found that out when our keys didn't work the next day how does that happen. People smoking pot outside. Would not recommend this place ever. There are nicer places around the area. Stay away from this hotel!+

It was extremely noisy every night. The first night a man was crying out for several hours until we finally contacted staff. The next night there were people in the hall playing games and talking till after midnight. Then next night there were children playing and running in the hallways until 10pm.
