the best of the best the entertainment team are amazing the food and chefs are great the cleaners are the sweetest and most efficient people. i will most definitely be coming back next year and i would love to see the staff again i wish i didnt have to leave

Omg what a wonderful 10 days we spent here. Very clean and good selection of foods daily. Could do with more air conditioning in the upstairs restaurant as was very hot. The entertainment crew were brilliant. Took time out to engage with all guests and were brilliant with kids. The crew made the holiday alot more enjoyable. Very funny and have some good acts on. Would highly recommend

this is our 3rd time we have come here the entertainment team are the absolute centre if this hotel without them it wouldnt have the same feel of friendly fun and laughter around it appo and ozzy are amazing and we always look forward to the time that we spend with them here our kids absolutely love them as do we hotel it is great clean and food is absolutely great salads are amazing always something to eat everyday lovw love love this hotel and staff would highly recommend a+++++++

I had lovely spa ,turkish bath —Girls nil and nas were very friendly, had the deluxe full package with serkan and lidya I felt like a brand new woman after ,,they treat you really well u feel like a queen and king❤️❤️❤️defo recommend to do it ,u wont regret100% .

Just waiting for our transfer after spending 11 nights here. We've had a fantastic time, the staff cannot do enough for you. The entertainment team and bar staff work tirelessly. The pool area and paths/gardens are always being cleaned/maintained and the pool area and toilets are the cleanest I've ever seen in years of AI hotels. The bedrooms are large,clean with excellent air-conditioning. Lots of returning guests have said the food has gone down hill. I couldn't find fault really, if anything , a few things are repeateded abit too often. The food is presented beautifully,lots of fresh salads and desserts, freshly made omelette at breakfast time. There's always a lady with anti bac spray for your hands at the entrance to the restaurant. Now for a couple of niggles.The sunbed cushions are stained ( water,suncream, drinks) they don't look great and the white beds ought to be jet washed each night. There have been times when the restaurant has ran out of plates/cups and we've been hanging about waiting. 1 night guests were glass collecting! The restaurant has table cloth runners ,2 per table. I regularly found them to be stained, threadbare. I watch and the waiters shake them off after each use and just turn them over. So the floors are then covered in crumbs etc and the next person sits down to a dirty runner. It must cost them to wash etc and they're pointless, I'd much rather see them use antibacterial spray after each use. Basically, more staff needed I think as the current staff never stop! The area is lovely, great boat trip on 1 of the days and afew meals out at local restaurants which were all excellent. Overall, it's been a great week and we've all really enjoyed it.

We looked at the reviews of this hotel before booking,last min.We saw that it had a TripAdvisor 2024 award and had good reviews with 4 stars,but also some One or two bad. Really wish we had taken note of the bad reviews. Really don't know how it has so many good reviews. Pros...The food although mostly the same each day is good and tasty. The room we had was clean and served its purpose, although the double top floor rooms has a really low sloping ceiling so if your tall forget it,we had to re hang the shower door and fly screen as they were hanging off .We had no sheet on the bed and only 1 pillow also tv was not working, but a visit to reception sorted these issues.Also curtain does not fit window at the top so light floods in ,we had to make our own barrier so wasn't up early hours. Cons...Butlins in the sun,we have stayed in 5 other resorts in the same area all 3 star and have enjoyed each one ,We couldn't wait to leave here,we were not the only ones as we heard other couples asking to be moved to another hotel. Crammed together sun beds,and the lounger cushions are absolutely disgusting,filthy and badly stained we felt the need to go out every day. Full filthy ashtrays everywhere.Public areas like the corridors are dark and dirty,just not acceptable . The staff are totally indifferent and are not interested in whether or not you are having a good time,in fact we felt a lot of the time that we were putting them out just asking for the basics. It became clear that the good reviews are mostly written by returning large family groups that take over the public areas. If unlike us you enjoy a butlins weekender you will love this resort,if not avoid as this is a 2 star at best. Take note about previous comments about the drinks as that is true. Each to their own but this was our experience and would never return as there are much better out there for the same money,we just went out every day and evening .

Beds are comfortable and our room was huge- We had 2 rooms. We were in the block which is above the restaurant, the corridor to the room had a strong smell of the kitchen, they need some sort of extraction there. Food was to a really good standard and plenty of choice. Had a really good holiday but there are a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness was to an ok standard but def room to improve, they could do with cleaning the rooms better and wiping over the tables/sun bed tables round the pool. The bar situation was annoying, only 2 drinks per person and you have to queue again, not too bad during the day with pool cups as good size but evening the glasses are small. We ended up using our duty free and buying mixer as was painful to have to keep queuing. Didn’t bother us too much but shouldn’t really have to resort to that. Not really cocktails which would have been a nice option. The only other thing I would say is it is the only place I’ve been where there is no lifeguard at the pool. The location is good, only a stones throw from local towns and all the tourist things are reasonably priced, we booked direct. The only thing we felt ripped off with was the water park, over priced, younger children can’t go on much and food/drink expensive - they don’t let you take your own. The staff at the hotel are pretty friendly and helpful, tui rep on site daily which is handy.

food is excellent, large selection of freshly cooked food entertainment staff friendly, funny, energetic. keep the place alive.... they even baked cookies with the children pool is very lively so don't expect the pool to be quiet internet is very slow so beware (it might be because of being close to the mountains) local town only 10 minutes walk away with an excellent market on a Monday the rooms are cleaned daily and very basic. My wife and I have spent three weeks here and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. it is definitely a three star so just as long as you are aware of that! we wouldn't hesitate to come back 🤩 there are lots of trips to do. I am 40 and my wife is 50 and there is something for everybody on this holiday holiday.

I was travelling with a large group of family and friends. We checked in at 6am in the morning, it did seem to take a bit of time as eager to get to our rooms due to sleep deprivation from the flight from the uk. The rooms were equipped with a fridge with x2 bottles of water (which is filled daily), a kettle, and tea and coffee. The room was basic but clean and functional. The bathroom was a bit dark, although the water had good pressure for the shower. The restaurant has a good selection of food, it can be repetitive, although we found the food to be of a good standard throughout our stay. The snack bar food, there is room for improvement in terms of quality of food, and there was no mayonnaise. The all-inclusive drinks aren't the best and no cocktail menu. However, the staff all work incredibly hard at this hotel and will accommodate you in what you ask for. The management does enforce a two drink per person at the bar. There are ques at night which could be resolved with an extra person on the bar, again not the staff's fault. There are lots of sunbeds, the pool area gets cleaned every morning, some parents need to be more responsible with their children as observed children just throwing their rubbish around the pool area and going to the snack bar and not using tongues to pick food up. The entertainment time is excellent and really makes you feel welcome although not over pushy. They go around and say good morning to everyone and greet you at the restaurant in the evening. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from hisranou or 5 min taxi ride for 150 lira All in all, we had a fab holiday and would I return to the hotel, yes I would. Thank you to all the staff who are an asset to this hotel as work incredibly hard.
