As soon as you got to the hotel you were greeted with welcomes by members of staff at reception.the bell boy would take you’re bags through to reception where you would then get you’re key then the bell boy would take you’re bags up to your room. All rooms were kept very clean as cleaners would come in every day as long as you put up the sign on your door Handel that you wanted it to be cleaned, all bed were made everyday,rooms were swept,showers and toilets were topped up with soap and toilet rolls.The food would be a buffet style and was always was lovely breakfast is what you would expect eggs,pancakes,cheese,sausage. Breakfast and lunch were always something new and fresh some nights for dinner would have themes that they would attend to so for one of the nights they had a Asian style where things like prawn and fish traditionally Chinese type foods with a little Turkish twist. Drinks would be freely accessible between 10am and 11pm after 11pm drinks would have to be payed for as most staff finish at 11pm There would be an ice cream and snack break in between lunch and dinner where ice cream and things like pizza and burgers would be served. The entertainment during the day there would be activities and games to play with the other guests things like killer pool (pool with a twist) , darts , tug of war , water polo would all be played up until dinner after food entertainment would mostly be a show of some sort were payed guests would come to perform some type of show like a fire show,dances,singing. Often guests would be brought up to partake in these shows. The staff the staff are all super friendly as I said before they all welcome you as soon as you get in they would always say Goodmorning,good afternoon,and goodnight the nicest And most memorable people would probably be Semih and Ramo both are wonderful people to be around ramo was the hotel photographer who would take photos of you as long as you are happy with him doing so you could purchase said photos at the kiosk near the bar Semih was one of the nicest catering staff and would always check if your food was ok or if you enjoyed it yes or no. The location you couldn’t pick a better place in Turkey you are not even a 2 minute walk from the strip (highstreet) and you could be at the beach in 10 mins it was always hot and just beautiful weather , in the morning you could get a free hotel bus down to a place called sugar beach an absolutely stunning place just look it up. There was also a small little shop in the hotel just before the stairs down to the theatre if you didn’t want to walk down the strip .but I Just have nothing to negative to say about the hotel the food ,the cleanliness,the people , the location it was just an amazing holiday would definitely book again.

Abbiamo avuto una grande suite duplex con bagno in camera. La posizione è particolarmente conveniente per parcheggio e per andare in giro. Servizi e strutture erano soddisfacenti. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta e consigliamo soprattutto se preferite più spazio rispetto alla vostra camera media!

Questa villa è un'altra cosa ... dalla piscina alle viste. Così vicino alla spiaggia di Olu Deniz, ma lontano abbastanza da sedersi indietro e rilassarsi lontano dalla resistenza e dalla bustina. Il personale è fantastico e utile. L’unica cosa che mi è venuta a trovare è che la collina mi ha portato a prendere l’autobus, ma ho assunto un bug e, onestamente, è stata la cosa migliore che potessi fare, perché ci ha permesso di andare a esplorare questa splendida zona.

È un nuovo alloggio, aperto lo scorso maggio, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ci siamo trasferiti in una delle penthouse e era più che perfetto per noi. Ci è un letto unico perfetto per i bambini. Inoltre un divano. La stanza è grande e pulita. Quando nostra figlia dormiva l'indomani, ci fermavamo sulla terrazza, nel sole o nel jacuzzi. L'hotel ha anche un grande giardino, con alberi di banana, limoni e altri frutti. Ho visto un impiegato prendere la menta dal giardino per i cocktail. La piscina è anche grande per i bambini. Possono giocare da soli, ha 1.4 m. Il personale è stato molto responsabile, c'è anche un vasto menu di cibo e alcool da scegliere. Ci sono supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Molto consigliabile!

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Although the rooms are clean and the showers are good this is about where it stops. The food is by far the worst food I have ever eaten on an AI holiday - one day the veg option was sprouts and tomato. The breakfast is dire, and even though there was an option of pancakes and eggs they were very happy to stop serving these before 10am when breakfast should have been til 1030. The wifi is terrible. The info online says there are ice creams - this is actually for an hour a day. The bar ran out of sprite and they were not open on times that were shown in the information in the room. The reception staff were unhelpful at best. We visited the spa and I had the worst pedicure ever - they moisturised your feet after they had put on nail varnish resulting it being smudged and when we complained they said that it was nothing to do with the hotel. The swimming pool does not have a lifeguard and again although it says there are slides - be warned these are actually only open for a few hours a day - again without a lifeguard. This makes it sound like our holiday was awful, which is wasn't but we would definitely not rate this hotel as a 4 star - 3 at best! It is central though to the ***** and out of the way enough that you don't hear music.
