Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable. Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room. Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable. I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return.

酒店超級棒！強推！！！！ 位置:步行五分鐘就是海灘，坐小巴下車走路五分鐘就到，而且不臨街不吵。 環境:是一個小花園別墅式酒店，外國人很多，環境超級棒，中心是泳池，還有一圈數量很多的躺椅，整個酒店花園裡裡外外都比較乾淨，綠化也很好，給人很chill的感覺。 服務:超級棒！！！前台小姐姐服務超級熱情，英語流利，溝通非常順利，介紹到位，酒店裡自助餐，酒水吧枱，甜品吧隨便吃！ 餐食:自助餐種類非常多，口味比較偏歐洲，座位也很多不會擠。 總之體驗非常棒！

地理位置超方便，酒店出來步行5分鐘就是海灘，也是降落傘的落腳點和坐海盜船的起點。晚上酒店還有免費的酒水喝，雞尾酒調得很好喝。我們訂的是不包含餐飲的，但酒店還是給我們早中晚餐全免了，味道很贊。

很好的度假村，一價全包，適合親子游，躺着泡酒店真的很開心，隨時來一杯好爽！下次再去！性價比很高！早餐特別好

先説優點酒店可供休閑娛樂設施並不少 籃球場網球場桌球廳健身房一應俱全 由於是全包式酒店一日三餐管夠 酒水這些也都免費 旺季一天一千五左右的價格可謂是性價比拉滿 再説缺點由於酒店開業時間太長 房間可謂是十分陳舊跟國內三四線城市四星酒店裝修基本一致 三餐種類重複率極高大多是為了果腹的高熱量餐食 總而言之還是十分推薦大家的酒店地理位置優越離海邊步行五分鐘 費特希耶的海也是出了名的好看 放平心態 不用苛刻旅行也是修行

還是不錯的，酒店設施有點老之外，其他的服務/食物/位置都很不錯

比較舊，服務很一般，時間未到，催我們退房，這一點不能理解

Accoglienza ottima!! Abbiamo alloggiato nelle tende, che in realtà sono delle vere e proprie camere, pulitissime e bellissime con il bagno dentro anch’esso bello e pulito! Vista spettacolare del deserto!! Il buffet buonissimo e vario con i dolci davvero buoni!! Hanno preparato L’agnello sotto la sabbia( io sono vegetariana, però gli altri amici che lo hanno mangiato hanno detto essere buonissimo) e il personale gentilissimo e accogliente!! Il manager Abofares accogliente e simpatico, ci ha offerto il thè a fine cena!! Consiglio vivamente!!

Stayed end of September into October. Weather was lovely. Arrived at hotel to be told they didn't have the type of room available that we had booked and had to stay in another room for the first night. Not a good start as wasted most of the next day back and forth to reception trying to get moved. Eventually we're given a lovely room in block 7 overlooking pool and childrens play area. Was central for main pool and adult only pool which we preferred as was quieter. Room was good size but balcony very small. Always kept clean by the friendly cleaning ladies. On 2nd floor and no lifts. Not a problem for us. Food in buffet restaurant was good and plenty of choice. Good cocktail selection on all inclusive. Did not stay in for entertainment on an evening. Worth a visit to Blue lagoon on the courtesy bus provided by hotel. Location of hotel is ideal. Short walk to main *****, beach, bars and restaurants. Buses to nearby resorts can be picked up a short walk along the beach front.

What a guy!! Baris top entertainment rep! Went out of his way to make your day better! Hotel was great location for the town and beach sunset is amazing! * food ok but needs improving for our next visit. Looking forward to the upgrades over the next year

Fantastic holiday Hotel is clean, room is comfortable, food in excellent with plenty to choose from. All the staff are friendly, can't do enough for you always happy to help. Not naming anyone as I don't want to miss anyone out but everyone we met who works here are so kind and thoughtful in making your holiday special.

The hotel is great it is the 2nd time we’ve been. All the staff are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to help. The entertainment team are fun and energetic, putting on activities throughout the day. We noticed a big improvement in the restaurant from last time and the snack bar is good if you fancy something different. We love Oludeniz as a town and are looking at coming back next year.

Staying here at the moment, this is our 6th time at this hotel and second time this year. Rooms are a bit dated, but to be refurbished soon. Always kept clean by very hardworking cleaners. Food a bit repetitive, not always as hot as it should be, however always a lot of choice so even the fussy eaters can find something for themselves. Bar staff amazing, especially Ali and Mustafa, at the pool bar. Ali makes the best cocktails. Entertainment team very attentive, not pushy, always trying to get everyone involved in activities. All always happy and smiling. Overall great place and we definitely will be returning in the future. Malgorzata and Andrew
