Nice and clean hotel with top location. Balcony with Marina- and seaviews. Good beddings. Free parking. Very good service over all. Recommendable hotel.

Non esiste servizio vip access: no upgrade nè altro (no early check in o late check out), seppur la receptionist sia davvero gentile. Camera vista mare vale assolutamente la spesa. Sono presenti tutte le caratteristiche di un 5 stelle. Bella la piscina, ma attenzione che dopo le 16 o comunque in orario post spiaggia diventa una nursery piena di bambini urlanti (e relativi genitori). Colazione davvero buona ma da un 5 stelle ci si aspetta bevande calde al tavolo e uova/pancake al tavolo, non le solite cose stracotte. Soluzione ottima ma per massimo 2 notti non di più

We had an amazing, very large apar**ent sized room overlooking the Marina. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and plentiful buffet breakfast. We also had a very good dinner at the hotel when we were too tired to go out. We rented a car and parking was plentiful and free. Easy driving to other locations in the Algarve. Would definitely stay her again.

This hotel, as other have said, is not a 5 star property.
My room was noisy from building work and air conditioning units outside. The bed and pillows were not great quality and not very comfortable. The floor had a worn and grubby carpet that you wouldn’t want to walk on.
The bathroom was nice and free parking was also good.

We stayed in a suite with excellent sea views. It was bright, spacious and very comfortable.
Service was excellent and we couldn't fault anything.
The hotel is located very close to the old town and across the road from the marina an ideal place to explore Olhao

The hotel was immaculate. The service was amazing. Any issue we encountered the staff was able to assist with and help resolve asap. The breakfast is very delicious as well with lots of options. I will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be recommending your hotel.

The welcome at reception on arrival was warm and wonderful; a comp bottle of delicious red wine was delivered within minutes of entering the room. This was lovely and spacious, super-clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast is a treat and the spa tip-top - we had excellent massage trea**ents. The team here is really excellent - just shows what good training achieves for customers. All in all very good all round. We'll be back!

Excellent hotel great breakfast , spotlessly clean , big spacious room and balcony overlooking the water . First class staff who went above and beyond and sent Prosecco and cake to our room for my birthday
